The mother-of-two was put through her paces by her personal trainer Grace, whom she previously praised for helping her enhance her workouts.
Captioning her post, she penned: 'As I get older, becoming stronger is so important to me. Bone health, muscle health, mental health.'
It comes as Suzanne revealed the secret behind her incredible ab transformation after leaving fans stunned with her toned physique in recent snaps.
After simplifying her plan and staying consistent, she told fans she feels 'leaner, stronger and feeling better than ever', writing: 'I’ve ended up in the best shape of my life.'
In an array of before and after snaps posted to her Instagram on Monday, Suzanne admitted she has also had the help of a personal trainer to help her stick to her goals.
She wrote: 'Recently I have been inundated with messages about my "six pack". So I thought it was time to let you know what I have been doing.
'This is how I have lost over a stone in weight and toned up and in less than 12 weeks! And here’s the plot twist: I actually started working out LESS and eating MORE.

'I stopped endurance running. I reduced my training from a minimum of five workouts a week to three or four. I started tracking my macros and prioritising protein. I fine-tuned my nutrition rather than simply trying to eat less.
'But some of the biggest changes weren’t actually made in the gym. I prioritised my sleep. I introduced a morning mindfulness practice. I paid attention to stress and recovery.'
Suzanne also paid gratitude to her 'game-changer' personal trainer Grace as she continued: 'She understood my work commitments, the travelling and the fact that real life doesn’t always fit neatly around a workout plan.
'She stayed in consistent contact, worked with my hormonal cycle, adjusted my macros and training whenever we needed to, and somehow managed to keep me progressing without ever making the process feel stressful. AND she made me realise I can get 10,000 steps in a day - even when I spend 6 hours in a car!
'There was no "all or nothing". No running myself into the ground. No feeling guilty because work or travel got in the way. Just consistency, adjustments when needed, and a plan that actually worked around my life.'
Suzanne did caveat by explaining she did already have a good base level of fitness as she added: 'Now I will say this… I have been working out consistently and A LOT for the past seven years, so I didn’t just get a "six pack" and muscle overnight.
'It was all waiting to make an appearance under a layer of fat and a lot of water retention. So, it turns out more isn’t always better. Sometimes it’s about doing the right things – consistently.'
