Pregnant Lindsay Hubbard Claps Back & Defends Her Boyfriend's Privacy

Lindsay Hubbard is officially having a cool mom fall.

The Summer House star welcomed her first child with her boyfriend—who she has yet to publicly identify—a daughter.

"She’s here!!" Lindsay wrote on her Instagram Dec. 8, alongside a photo of the couple holding the newborn's hands. "Gemma Britt Kufe."

The Bravo star announced that she was expecting her first baby nearly a year after her Summer House costar Carl Radke called off their engagement—three months before they were set to wed.

"WE’RE PREGNANT!!!!!" the 38-year-old wrote in the caption of her July 4 Instagram post alongside photos of her showing off her bump. "I truly believe the universe has a bigger plan and this is it!"

The following day, she shared insight into her mentality as she enters this new chapter in her life.

“I woke up this morning feeling so blessed and grateful for this journey,” she captioned her July 5 post. “But most of all, I’m relieved and excited to finally be able to celebrate openly, and with the world.”

As she told People in July, just weeks before revealing she was having a girl, "I’m a very 'scream from the rooftops' kind of girl. I’m just ready to let it all out now."

After a very public romance and breakup with her fellow Bravolebrity, Lindsay decided to keep her current relationship private.

"He's a private person, mostly because of his high-powered job," she explained to the outlet. "Obviously, I'm a very public [person] and share pretty much every aspect of my life with the world, so I know it's weird. But I need to respect his privacy here."

And while this anonymity has sparked rumors about her boyfriend’s identity and their relationship, Lindsay did not hesitate to shut down the online chatter.

"This is not about us being proud of each other or not," she said in her July 10 Instagram story. "He is so beyond proud to be my boyfriend and the father of my child, and vice versa. We are very much in love and have a beautiful relationship."

And it turns out, Lindsay’s Summer House costar Paige DeSorbo may have manifested this for her after her split with Carl.

"He did you a favor," Paige said on the season eight finale, which aired May 30. "Let him go. In a year, you could be married with a baby with the love of your life. Let him go so that someone can come in."

As Lindsay embarks on this new chapter, keep reading to see more celebrity babies born this year.
