Strategy raised over $2 billion through its MSTR at-the-market offering between Aug. 17 and Aug. 23, while keeping its Bitcoin stash unchanged at 840,447 BTC, according to a new SEC disclosure.

About 18 million MSTR shares were sold to fund the reserve, leaving nearly 20 million shares available for issuance and sale as of Aug. 23.

Of the MSTR proceeds, $300 million went into the USD Reserve, while $136.4 million funded the repurchase of STRC preferred shares.

During the week, Strategy repurchased 1.43 million STRC shares. It still had $516.6 million available for preferred-stock repurchases and $1 billion available under its MSTR repurchase program.

The remaining proceeds were allocated to a newly established USD Cash pool.

Strategy said USD Cash forms part of its Digital Credit Capital Framework, giving management a more flexible pool of dollars that can be used for Bitcoin purchases, dividends, interest payments, share repurchases, convertible-note repayments or redemptions and other treasury purposes.

As of Aug. 23, Strategy held approximately $1.59 billion in USD Cash and $5.1 billion in its USD Reserve, for a combined $6.69 billion in dollar liquidity.
