If you're a daily Steam user, odds are you've seen tons of free games come your way on a constant basis. It helps when they're positively reviewed or curated in some way, so you know how to really stretch the value of freebies. After all, money isn't the only resource you'll be spending on games.

Over on Steam right now, you can grab a free game that users are really taking to so far. The only catch is that you'll need to grab it before May 29, at which point it'll revert to its full price.

Right now on Steam, you can pick up the game Bunny Guys. Here's the oddball description for this out-there platformer: "Climb, fall, curse… uh, respawn, pretend it was intentional. Bunny Guys is pure parkour chaos where one wins and everyone else fails spectacularly. Perfect for players who treat suffering, respawning, and 'I can do better' as a hobby."

There's online support for up to eight players, a global leaderboard, and an average playtime of 60-120 minutes. Currently, Bunny Guys is sporting a positive user review rating on Steam, and some users describe it as a hidden gem. As one user puts it: "The way you run, jump, and mantle reminds me a lot of Only Up! before it got taken off the Steam store. It is a fun game to play with your friends. Definitely check it out while it's free."

Another fan compares it to the game Only Up: "I mean, it's a very similar game to Only Up, however, it doesn't feel as rage-inducing. Pretty relaxing for a while until you get to the last few checkpoints (Quadruple mattress chain is the worst thing known to man). Overall, a solid time waster."

Platformers (especially ones of the physics variety) have really proliferated on Steam in the past decade or so. Speedrunning is a big part of that, but the idea of relaxing and exploring a 3D space can be really soothing, even if it's in a course-oriented format. Sometimes, it's nice to break free from the aimless rut of wandering around an open world.

If you're a Steam user, you'll be able to pick up a new platformer a week, if not more. There's a ton of them in active development, so be sure to check back to see whenever a new one pops up.
