Steam is currently hosting its Wholesome Games Celebration and, as you can probably expect, it is dedicated to all of the upcoming games that will be perfect for the colder months. Perfect to play when it's raining outside and you're cuddled up under a blanket, fourteen upcoming games are now available to check out courtesy of a free demo for PC gamers.

So, without further ado, let us look at the titles up for grabs between 6-13 August.

First up is Tony the Mole, Little Sheep Valley, Wild n Chill, and Jigrift. Tony the Mole is an upcoming adventure game where, yes, you will take on the role of a little mole, as he dreams of digging his way to the surface. Along the way, you will help townsfolk, repair gadgets, collect adorable hats, and explore hidden spaces, all whilst trying to ignore your taste for worms. Little Sheep Valley tasks you with tending to a flock of sheep in a stunning valley in a cozy ranch-builder, whilst Wild n Chill is a laid-back wilderness experience where you will need to survive off the grid by foraging, hunting, and crafting. Last but not least, Jigrift is essentially a giant jigsaw puzzle in game form as players assemble to explore and eventually rebuild the island home to three-eye’d voodoo frogs.

For our next batch, we have Beastfolk Barber, an interactive fiction game where you will become the stylist for the local beastfolk. Chat, style, and help your customers rediscover their confidence in this adorable simulator. There is also Sandcastle, which is aptly named as you will be tasked with building the ultimate sandcastles. If sand is not your thing, you can check out Cat Cafe Manager 2: Big City Bliss, allowing you to build your ultimate cat hangout, care for the feline inhabitants, and explore the city, all whilst serving delicious coffee. However, if you are looking for something a bit darker, there is Rainbow Billy: The Book of Fears Prologue. In this exclusive standalone prologue set after Rainbow Billy: The Curse of the Leviathan, you will get to investigate strange events, solve puzzles, and uncover hidden secrets all before heading to camp.
