It’s been a hot minute since we left the crew of the U.S.S. Enterprise facing a menacing encounter with the Gorn, but now we know when things are going to pick up for the stars of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, with season 3 finally being confirmed to release this summer.
Today Paramount confirmed that Star Trek: Strange New World‘s third season will begin streaming on Paramount+ July 17, with a two episode premiere–just a month shy of marking two years since the conclusion of the second season.

Now at last we know we won’t have to wait that much longer to see the crew back in action and boldly going.
