EXCLUSIVE: Silent Night Fall, the second of the recently announced Horizon line/March On Productions slate, has recently wrapped production in Hamilton, Ontario and is headed to Berlin’s EFM with Red Sea Media handling international sales.
Stana Katic (Castle) and Elisha Cuthbert (24) star in the thriller whose synopsis reads: “On Christmas Eve, a powerful Wall Street fixer receives the call every parent fears: her son has been kidnapped. To keep him alive, she’s forced to run a psychological gauntlet — revisiting lives she destroyed, confronting victims, making amends for a lifetime of wrong. Can she redeem herself before time runs out?” Also starring are Talia Asseraf and Arcadia Lee.
Pic was directed by Danny Friedman and produced by Canadian producers Damian Lee and Bennet De Brabandere of Horizon Line and EP’d by Rich Salvatore. Script comes from Jack Windsor. Quiver Distribution is handling domestic sales.
Russ De Jong was DOP for the film. His company, North Film Co also provided technical department heads and production equipment. Post-production is being handled by Darren Bell.
