Stacey Solomon and Joe Swash recreated a family holiday photo eight years on as they visited Los Angeles this week.

The TV star, 36, joked: 'what the hell have I been feeding them?' as she showed the difference in her brood in the new Instagram post on Monday.

Stacey and Joe, 44, posed with her sons Zachary, 18, and Leighton, 14, and their children Rex, seven, Rose, four, and Belle, three, in one of the current snaps.

In the older snap it was just the couple, who were kissing, and Stacey's two older sons as young boys stood beside the bright pink wall. 

She penned in the caption of her post: 'Now Vs Then… swipe to go back in time 8 years - back in the same spot where me & Joe took our first holiday with the boys.

'So grateful to do it all again with the little pickles. But all I keep thinking when I look at these pictures side by side is 'what the hell have I been feeding them the last 8 years'.

It comes after earlier this month Stacey posed in a pink bikini as she shared adorable snaps with her daughter Belle while teaching her to swim on their family holiday.

The presenter had jetted off for the sunny getaway with her husband Joe and the kids. 

Stacey shared idyllic snaps that showed her in the swimming pool with little Belle, teaching her how to jump into the water without an aid.

The star gushed that they look 'happy and beautiful' in the images, which were taken by her brother.

She captioned the post: 'Happy. My brother took these photos of Belle & me today and I love them so much. 

'I was teaching her how to swim & jump in without her swim aid. Happy Tuesday everyone. ✨ We look so happy & beautiful, and we are.'

It came after Stacey shared a fun video that showed her larking about with her influencer sister Jemma in the swimming pool.

Taking to Instagram, a radiant Stacey looked full of confidence while striking a pose in her chic black one-piece in the pool.

The mother-of-five flashed a dazzling smile and delightedly showed off her tan before she then enjoyed some quality time with her beloved sister Jemma.

In a humorous video, the duo could be seen in mock conversation as they elegantly posed by the poolside, with the start of the clip captioned: 'How we think we look in the pool VS.'

Chaos then broke out as Stacey jokingly throttled her sister before grabbing her leg and flipping her over, with the caption then changing to: 'How we actually look'.

As the sisters collapsed into fits of giggles, the camera then zoomed into a fellow holidaymaker who was sitting in the hot tub behind them looking on in mock bewilderment.

Stacey explained on her post that she and Jemma had met the woman earlier that morning in the swimming pool and she'd agreed to be in their light-hearted video. 

Her fun post was met with a plethora of positive messages from her fans, many of whom shared their joy at Stacey and Jemma's close bond. 

Back in May, Stacey dismissed divorce rumours and insisted she still 'fancies the pants' off Joe.

Speaking on Sort Your Life Out Unpacked podcast, she said: 'Who cares if the whole world is like: 'Oh, they're on the brink of divorce'? 

'Being in the public eye I think creates certain pressures, but not on our relationship because half the time what they're saying: 'If we know it's not true, who cares?'

'Sometimes I fancy the pants off him and can't wait to come home to see him.' 

She went on: 'Sometimes I'm like: 'Get out of my stratosphere – stay away from me.' I think we're just like any other couple.'

The split rumours went into overdrive following reports earlier this year that they were yet to formally register their marriage.
