Nintendo is known for releasing games with relatively few bugs. The company prides itself on thoroughly testing and prepping its games in order to make sure that they meet their standards before launch. However, even Nintendo can miss a few bugs. Plus, whenever a game launches, there's always player feedback that developers often listen to and take into consideration to further improve its games.
Splatoon Raiders launched on July 23 to critical acclaim. To ensure that the game was in its best state, Nintendo released one last patch before it went live. Patch v1.1.0 released on July 22 and tweaked some audio files and gameplay features to guarantee an improved experience for day-one players.
It has been over two weeks since the release of Splatoon Raiders, and players can't get enough of the ink-splattered shooter. However, some minor bugs have come to light, but Nintendo has once again acted quickly and put out patch v1.1.1 to get them sorted.
A simple yet welcome change was the command used to release a tank's limiter. Some players were having trouble using the tank limiter in Splatoon Raiders, but as it turns out, it was simply unclear that they had to hold down the A Button for it to work. Nintendo understood that this was a common mistake and changed the controls so they're more intuitive for gamers. Now, to release a tank's limiter, players only have to press the A button — there's no need to hold it down.
Here is the full list of patch notes for Splatoon Raiders v1.1.1
