Spencer Pratt laid into California governor Gavin Newsom over his rebuilding plan one year after the devastating Los Angeles wildfires.
The 42-year-old reality star - who recently admitted he leaked photos of Mary-Kate Olsen - jumped to his X account on Tuesday to share his thoughts on the politician responding to President Trump's attempt to fast-track the rebuilding process.
It also comes just weeks after The Hills alum announced that he was officially running for Los Angeles mayor - with the position currently being filled by Karen Bass.
'Nobody actually believes that giving the STATE money will help fire victims rebuild their homes,' Pratt penned.
'We have all seen billions of federal dollars fall into Newsom's bottomless money pit, without a single dollar seen by the intended recipients.'
The governor of California's press office had shared a headline from the California Post which read: 'Trump tells feds to take over permitting to fast-track wildfire rebuild HELP IS ON THE WAY.'

His press office then wrote, 'With 1,625+ home permits issued, hundreds of homes under construction, and permitting timelines at least 2x faster than before the fires, an executive order to rebuild Mars would do just as useful.
'The Feds need to release funding not take over local permit approval speed - the main obstacle is COMMUNITIES NOT HAVING THE MONEY TO REBUILD.'
He further added, 'Mr. President, please actually help us. We are begging you.
'Release the federal disaster aid you're withholding that will help communities rebuild their homes, schools, parks, and infrastructure. Please help us. Please!'
Newsom further voiced negative criticism on Tuesday towards Trump's executive order - calling it 'useless.'
Pratt also replied with, 'CA politicians are mad the Feds are trying to help Palisades Fire victims directly instead of just sending pallets of cash they can loot for themselves and all their fraudulent NGO pals.'
It is not the first time that Pratt has publicly slammed Newsom since the wildfires ravaged the Pacific Palisades as well as Altadena last year in early January.
Pratt lost his Palisades home where he resided with wife Heidi Montag and their two children Gunner, eight, and Ryker, three. His parents also lost their residence in the deadly blazes.

Earlier this month, the star shared a letter he received from Newsom's office after he requested 'all text messages to, from, and including Gavin Newsom regarding the "Pacific Palisades"' between January 6 and January 9, 2025.
The office stated that Newsom 'has no records responsive' to the media personality's request.
But Pratt shared in the caption, 'Who actually believes that Governor Gavin Newsom has NO records responsive to this request for text messages regarding the Palisades between January 6 and 9, 2025???'
In his new book titled The Guy You Loved to Hate: Confessions - he also opened up about the L.A. fires and referenced to Newsom.
'They want to call it a natural disaster? No, this was negligence dressed up as an act of God,' he penned, per the New York Post.
Pratt also labeled the California governor as 'Mr. Hair Gel' as well as a 'C-list reality star.'
He claimed in the book that the deadly fires that took place last year happened due to 'decades of budget cuts, ignored warnings and politicians who cared more about their careers than our lives.'
During a recent conversation with The Hollywood Reporter, the star further called out California officials.
'What's the point of paying taxes if you can't reliably protect us? You can't just blame climate change. It's negligence in preparing for it,' Pratt said.

And then on the one-year anniversary of the Palisades and Eaton Fires, the former reality star announced his run for Los Angeles mayor.
He had made the bombshell announcement as he attended the They Let Us Burn! protest in the Palisades at the time.
'The system in Los Angeles isn't struggling, it's fundamentally broken. It is a machine designed to protect the people at the top and the friends they exchange favors with while the rest of us drown in toxic smoke and ash,' Pratt said.
'Business as usual is a death sentence for Los Angeles, and I’m done waiting for someone to take real action.'
He added, 'That's why I am running for mayor. And let me be clear, this just isn't a campaign, this is a mission, and we're gonna expose the system.
'They intentionally let us burn before, during and after. There was no accountability. It was gross negligence. They let this happen.
'It wasn't a natural disaster or something that was unavoidable. It was their fault, and we need the accountability we deserve.' Pratt did not reveal which party he was running for.
The Hills star also shared the news of his foray into politics on Instagram. He stared intently at the camera as he theatrically held up his signed paperwork to run for LA mayor.
'Yes, it's official. Papers are filed and campaign is open,' he captioned the post before directing his followers to his campaign website.

The home Pratt and Montag lived in with their two sons in Pacific Palisades was incinerated in the devastating blazes.
Pratt was later seen rifling through the debris at the home he shared with Montag for crystals or other personal artifacts that might have potentially survived the blaze.
The reality TV star also took photos of a burnt tricycle belonging to one of his two children.
The only parts of the home still standing were the charred entry gate and the front portion of the home's stucco perimeter wall.
Large piles of debris were seen throughout the property as well as burnt foliage that once decorated the home's front yard.
'I never wanted to be mayor,' he revealed. 'I don't want to be in politics. I want to be back in my house with my family, going down to the local public schools and having just a normal life'; seen above on Fox & Friends on Wednesday
Pratt further reflected on his decision to run for L.A. mayor during an appearance on Fox & Friends on Wednesday.
'I never wanted to be mayor,' he revealed. 'I don't want to be in politics. I want to be back in my house with my family, going down to the local public schools and having just a normal life.
'But once you uncover everything I have in the last year, these people in charge should have resigned on January 7, January 8.'
Pratt continued, 'And I was waiting for somebody to step up and go after these people and nobody did, so I was like, "Okay, well, it's my job to do that."'
