Southern Hospitality star Grace Lilly's arrest in Charleston, South Carolina last week came after authorities determined she had illegally possessed a dozen clonazepam pills.
The reality TV star, 27, was taken into custody on March 10 in connection with possession of a controlled substance, legal documents obtained by the Los Angeles Times revealed.
On Monday, law enforcement in Charleston said testing conducted by Charleston Police Department’s Forensic Services Division revealed it to be clonazepam, which is a Schedule IV controlled substance.
Lilly initially told police she believed the pills were birth control, authorities said. After the results of the test were received, a new warrant was issued for the arrest of the Bravo star.
Lilly last week was taken into custody - marking her second arrest in three months - and subsequently released on $10,575 bond, according to legal documents.
The Daily Mail has reached out to Lilly for comment on the latest developments in the case.

In her mugshot, Lilly donned a white and green striped jailhouse top, with her hair parted down the middle.
On December 28, 2025, Lilly was taken into custody on a warrant for second-degree harassment in Charleston, according to legal docs reviewed by the outlet.
Lilly was pulled over at a Circle K for allegedly making 'an illegal lane change and a possible wanted party,' according to People.
During the arrest, police found a container that had been labeled 'happy pills' in her 2012 Mercedes C-Class sedan.
The container had '12 circular white pills with a "P" imprint on one side, and half of an oblong blue pill with no identifiable imprints,' authorities said in the report.
The report stated that 'when asked about the pills found inside the purse, [Lilly] stated that the blue pill was Xanax and the white pills were birth control.'
According to the report, [Lilly] 'stated she had a prescription for the Xanax but did not have any proof of that information available at the time.'
The police had already been acting on an outstanding warrant in relation to a second-degree harassment charge, the report revealed.

Second-degree harassment is defined as 'a pattern of intentional, substantial, and unreasonable intrusion into the private life of a targeted person that serves no legitimate purpose,' according to the South Carolina Code of Laws.
The code said behavior that would constitute the charge 'would cause a reasonable person ... to suffer mental or emotional distress.'
Lilly has court dates slated for May 1 and August 21 in connection with the case.
Lilly, who has 57.1K followers on Instagram, can currently be seen on the fourth season of Southern Hospitality, a spin-off of Bravo's successful reality TV series Southern Charm.
Southern Hospitality's fourth season began airing on Bravo earlier this month, focused on Southern Charm star Leva Bonaparte, two of her businesses - Republic Lounge & Garden and Bourbon ‘n’ Bubbles Restaurant & Bar - and their staffers.
