Sophie Monk has left her fans amused and very confused after constructing a Halloween costume that creates an insanely impressive optical illusion.
The television host constructed an outfit that makes it appear as if she's carrying her own detached legs.
After showing off the costume, dozens had questions on how she created it, and the 46-year-old obliged by posting a tutorial on Instagram.
Monk displayed how she stuffed a pair of jeans to make it look as if there were legs inside.
She also cut a slit at the back of the knee portion, so that she could step inside the trousers.
The Love Island host also stuffed a shirt, which she wore hanging from her neck to make it appear that her chest was to the side of the trousers.

Despite the detailed explanation, many of Monk's fans could not understand how she achieved the final effect.
'I've never watched a how to that left me with more questions,' wrote one person, while another said, 'I'm still confused'.
'I still can't wrap my brain around it but it looks SO COOL,' commented performer Michelle Visage.
'I'm still trying to work it out! Epic,' commented someone else, while Lindy Klim chimed in: 'Hahaha so good.'
'Am I stupid? Because I still don't get it,' questioned one person, with another saying: 'I still don't get it... can you turn around maybe?'

'It took me a minute to figure out that the cuts in the jeans are below the knees, but BEHIND the knees. Seriously that's the best costume!' said someone else.
It comes after an exciting period for Monk after it was revealed she has been courted by ARN to host a radio show.
A source has claimed the popular TV personality, 46, has been approached 'three times' by the network since Kyle Sandilands, 54, and Jackie 'O' Henderson, 51, had their contracts terminated.
However, there is one hiccup in the plan to make Monk the new face of KIIS FM radio in Sydney - she's not interested.
'She has shut them down and has no interest,' an insider said.
'She has done breakfast before, and it didn't work out because she didn't love who she was teamed up with.'
