Solana adds $22M in euro stablecoins in one week, outpacing every other chain

Solana’s euro stablecoin supply grew by $22 million in a single week. That is more than every other tracked blockchain managed combined.

The figures come from data tracked by Token Terminal for the week ending October 25, 2026.

The numbers behind the euro push

The entire euro stablecoin market, across all chains, is estimated at between $835 million and $916 million. By that measure, Solana’s one-week addition equals roughly 2.4% to 2.6% of the whole market.

Solana now holds an estimated 13.7% to 14.8% share of euro stablecoins. That puts it in second place, with Ethereum still comfortably out in front.

The euro tokens sit on top of a much larger stablecoin base. Total stablecoin value on Solana now exceeds $15 billion.

Who is issuing euros on Solana

Several regulated issuers now offer euro stablecoins on the network.

Circle’s EURC is the most familiar name. Société Générale Forge, the digital asset arm of the French banking group, issues EURCV on Solana.

AllUnity’s EURAU joined the network more recently, expanding to Solana in April 2026. Each of these issuers operates under Europe’s MiCA framework.

MiCA, short for Markets in Crypto-Assets, is the European Union’s rulebook for digital assets. Issuers that comply get a clear legal lane to offer stablecoins to European users and businesses.

That clarity has opened the door to payment integrations as well. Thunes, a cross-border payments firm, is among the integrations tied to compliant euro stablecoin activity.

Solana’s appeal for these issuers rests on cheap, efficient transactions. Its growing roster of institutional and payment partnerships adds another reason for euro liquidity to settle there for transfers and trading.

A network that has been quietly filling up

Addresses holding stablecoins on Solana have surpassed 14 million. In late 2024, that figure sat below 4 million.

What this means for the euro stablecoin race

Ethereum remains the dominant home for euro stablecoins, but Solana’s weekly pace shows it is the chain gaining ground fastest among those tracked.

Market share estimates vary. Solana’s position sits somewhere between 13.7% and 14.8% depending on how the total market is measured, and that range will shift as new supply comes online across every chain.

Concentration is another factor to watch. With a handful of issuers driving supply, growth on any chain can swing sharply when one issuer mints or redeems in size.
