As Snezana Wood tries to move on with her life as her husband Sam remains in jail after being arrested and charged with domestic violence offences, her fans are now urging the mother-of-four to take over as the face and name of 28 by Sam Wood.

Sam founded the fitness business 10 years ago, before selling its parent company, Australian Life Tech, to myDNA for a reported $71 million in 2022. He remained involved with the brand under its new ownership.

The online fitness and nutrition program was designed around 28-minute workouts, meal plans and lifestyle support.

DBG Health, which owns myDNA, has quickly distanced itself from Sam, terminating its commercial arrangements with the former Bachelor star shortly after his arrest and charges.

Now several women have suggested that Snezana should pick up the reins of the business.

The comments came under her daughter Eve’s last social media post, with one of the 21-year-old’s followers writing, ‘Eve, tell mum to take over 28. I will sign up for sure if she's the new face!’

‘I was thinking this myself. Make it a women’s only thing.!! I would genuinely want to join to support the Mum and her daughters,’ another added.

‘Me too,’ one more said, adding clapping emojis, while another wrote: ‘yes yes yes!!!! Women working with women!!!!’

For many years, Snezana featured in many of the training videos to promote the company on social media and fully supported Sam in his business ventures.

The 28 by Sam Wood Instagram page was recently taken down, wiping all traces of the reality TV star following his arrest and incarceration.

Meanwhile, the sale of Snezana and Sam's Brighton property is forging ahead despite him currently being jailed.

The pair had planned to list the $7.15 million home, which they bought in 2025, in the days before his arrest.

Coincidentally, the listing was 'days, if not hours, away' when Wood was jailed, according to the Herald Sun.

That listing has gone ahead, with 'pre-sale preparations underway at the property,' the publication reports.

An online sales campaign is expected to launch this week, helmed by Jellis Craig agent Michael Hingston.

The personal trainer was arrested and charged with domestic violence offences just over a week ago after an alleged assault involving Snezana at their $3,000-a-night Noosa holiday home on October 3

The Wood family purchased their Brighton home in September 2025 for a whopping $7 million, just months after selling their Elsternwick property for $6.6 million.

Sam, 46, remains behind bars and on Tuesday was moved to a new prison that houses some of the most reviled and infamous killers, rapists and paedophiles in Australia.

The personal trainer was arrested and charged with domestic violence offences just over a week ago after an alleged assault at their $3,000-a-night Noosa holiday home on October 3.

He was refused bail last Thursday when he fronted Maroochydore Magistrates' Court over the alleged offences against Snezana, who is fully supportive of the charges proceeding.

Prosecutors alleged he pushed his wife into a wardrobe, grabbed her by the throat, threw her against a wall and struck her head against the floor during the incident, which was witnessed by her daughter Eve, 21, who called triple-0.

When he faced court in Queensland last Thursday, police prosecutor Sergeant Jeanette Grigoris noted he had previously choked Snezana in a similar incident.

Sergeant Grigoris said Sam had not been charged over that alleged attack, but told the court his behaviour had been 'escalating'.

It is alleged that a row broke out in Noosa ahead of the couple returning to Melbourne, and Snezana was pushed into a wardrobe before Eve intervened.

The comments came under her daughter Eve’s last social media post, with one of the 21-year-old’s followers writing, ‘Eve, tell mum to take over 28. I will sign up for sure if she's the new face!

The court heard Eve told Sam to stop shouting, prompting him to approach her 'aggressively' before Snezana tried to get between them.

He is then alleged to have put his hands around Snezana's throat and forced her to the floor, where he pinned her down and banged her head, leaving her unable to breathe.

She told police she thought 'this was it... her life was going to end'. She said she thought Sam was 'going to kill her', the court heard.

Snezana had also told police Sam was 'volatile and prone to angry outbursts', and said she had to 'walk on eggshells around him'.

Mr Cuskelly said his client suffered from severe depression and might rely on self-defence if the case went to trial.

While a paramedic had stated there was an injury to the left side of Snezana's head, Mr Cuskelly said two tendered photographs did not show that injury.

The lawyer added: 'He repeatedly denied that this had occurred. Where's the injuries to her throat? They're not there.

'My client denies committing these offences.

'He's never been before the courts before. He's a businessman [and] Mr Wood's depression is regarded as extremely severe.'

Meanwhile, Snezana, who is fully supportive of the charges proceeding, stepped out in public on Tuesday for the first time since his arrest.

In exclusive pictures obtained by the Mail, she was seen without her wedding ring during an outing in Melbourne with one of her children and a friend.
