Controversial influencer Mia Plecic is embroiled in a bitter row with a Melbourne talent agency over an unpaid invoice of more than $4,500.
The Daily Mail understands Mia worked with Envision Agency last year to develop a Mother's Day marketing campaign for her SLICKHAIR Company.
However, after the campaign was filmed, Mia decided she was not happy with the end result and has now refused to pay, despite being ordered to by the courts.
According to court documents obtained from the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), Mia now owes a total of $4,946.42 to Envision Agency.
The outstanding amount includes the original $4,180 owed on the invoice, 10 per cent interest of $413.42, and a VCAT application fee of $353.
Mia was ordered by VCAT on August 7 to pay the total amount to Envision Agency, but she is yet to do so.

In response, Jasmine Yoong, the founder of Envision Agency, uploaded several videos to TikTok and publicly shamed Mia for not paying her invoice.
We contacted Mia for comment via phone on Thursday, but received a curt reply.
Mia began by saying she was 'aware' of the VCAT ruling and had 'seen' Jasmine's videos.
When asked why she hadn't paid the more than $4,900 to Envision Agency as ordered by the court, she said 'there are always two sides to every story'.
'I guess if you're going to watch one video on TikTok and believe that it's the truth then you're more than welcome to do so,' she added.
When asked to elaborate, she said: 'To be honest, I don't need to give you my side of the story. I don't even know if you're a reporter from the Daily Mail. You could be anyone, as far as I'm concerned.'
She then claimed we couldn't prove we were from the Daily Mail over the phone and insisted we email her for comment instead, saying 'that might be a more professional approach'.
So we emailed her. Late on Thursday, Mia issued a statement in writing.

'In May 2025, SLICKHAIR engaged two creators through Envision Agency for our Mother's Day campaign. The content we received didn't reflect our brand's standards,' she wrote.
'It was unfortunate timing, as Mother's Day was only a couple of days away and unfortunately there wasn't enough time to reshoot and still meet the campaign deadline, so we decided not to proceed.
'No content was ever posted or went live. We engage more than 30 creators a month globally and love working with them. You can see on our socials the great relationships we have with the creators we partner with.
This is now with my lawyers and I will let them handle it from here. Thank you.'
The bust-up between SLICKHAIR and Envision Agency came to light last Wednesday.
Jasmine shared an image to TikTok which showed her pinching her fingers together along with a lengthy caption.
'This close to publicly outing a brand for not paying an invoice despite us winning the VCAT application and her getting a literal court order to pay it,' Jasmine wrote.
'The owner of this brand is constantly in that many controversies and clearly just doesn't care about the effect of her actions on others (which is the part that p***es me off the most).
'I don't think she realises that even though it's not a big amount, I will literally chase $1 until the day I die out of principle.
'You are a literal multimillion-dollar global brand stocked in multiple major global retailers.
'And our creators rely on this income (which, in comparison to what you make, is pennies to you).
'They literally support their families with this income, so for a big brand to do this, especially when it is the owner's deliberate choice, is gross.
'She has pretty much refused to pay for the completed work simply because she doesn't want to.'
A day later, Jasmine uploaded a video of herself detailing the VCAT ruling which ordered SLICKHAIR Company to pay the outstanding invoice in full.
'I'm hoping that now she might see this. I think I've given enough context and information for her to be like, "That's me. She's talking about me,"' Jasmine explained.
'I just have a really firm belief that people can do better... Be nice to the people you work with. I think that's a given.
'You can't build your multimillion, eight-figure dollar business without them.'
After the campaign was filmed, Mia decided she was not happy with the end result and has now refused to pay, despite being ordered to by VCAT. Envision Agency founder Jasmine Yoong uploaded this TikTok threatening to 'out' the brand that did not pay her
'At the end of the day, my business can handle not being paid, but what really grinds my gears and has ticked me off and pushed me to make this video is because it's affecting the creators we are working with who are mothers who went out of their way to do this for your brand,' she added.
'They're trying to make an income just like you are but your decisions are literally affecting their livelihoods and how they make a little income to support their family. I hope you realise that.'
Hours later, Jasmine uploaded a third video naming and tagging Mia and her company.
'Oh, Mia, it is me again,' she began the clip in an upbeat fashion.
'I'd like you to help me understand you a bit more like why you are refusing to follow the hearing order you have been issued and pay our mums when you can clearly afford to do all this.'
Jasmine then shared images of Mia flaunting her lavish lifestyle online, including snaps of her showing off Louis Vuitton purchases, her new car, luxury home, and on flights to Los Angeles.
'I'm a mother, you're a mother, and as mothers I thought that we would be more supportive of helping other mothers who are just trying to make an income to support their families like we all are.
'It is just crazy to me that in a cost of living crisis where you are financially well-off that you are still choosing to withhold funds from these women that you have engaged.'
She continued: 'There is nothing I love watching more than a woman who is successful in her career, especially when it is a business that she has built from the ground up like you.
'It physically pains me to have to call you out in this way so publicly. Our team have tried to contact you multiple different ways, multiple different times. Now I've had to get creative because clearly every other channel isn't working.'
