Sky Ferreira shocked longtime fans following a rare red carpet appearance this week.
The singer and actress, 32, looked surprisingly gaunt at the premiere of Babygirl in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
The Reptile star posed up a storm in a slinky black keyhole gown, but many fans couldn't help but notice that her face looked more slender than usual.
'Is she okay? She looks uncomfortable,' asked one, while another wrote, 'She needs to stop sucking her cheeks.'
A third joked, 'She looks like she's going to marry a vampire named Edward Cullen.'
'Gaunt is back,' wrote another, while one remarked, 'She looks like she just woke up from a hundred years of sleep.'
Despite some concern, many fans also praised the former Jimmy Choo model's striking beauty.

Sky's new song titled Leash is featured on the Babygirl soundtrack and plays during the film's closing credits.
It's the singer-songwriter's first new material in over two years.
Sky's first and only full-length album to date, Night Time, My Time, was released back in 2013.
Despite being lauded as one of the best albums of the last decade, the star has been unable to release a follow-up record.
She blamed her former label Capitol Records for the delay, and the two parted ways last year after Capitol dropped her.
'They kept me from putting out new music for 10 years as a way of making me look like I'm incapable of it,' she recently told Vogue magazine.
'I'm able to do a song for an A24 film after all this time because that first album clearly meant something to people.'

In 2013, Sky and her ex-boyfriend, model Zachary Cole Smith, were arrested for possession of heroin and ecstacy.
Zachary took responsibility for the arrest and said that he felt guilty over Sky losing modelling jobs in the wake of the scandal.
'Basically I just was stupid. I fucked up, and it was entirely my fault, and I f****d up my girlfriend's life,' he said in a 2014 interview with Stereogum.
'She literally didn't do anything wrong. She basically was just a passenger in the car with a person who was out of control for a minute,' he continued.
'She got in deep s**t… Her career got really f****d up because everybody thought she was a drug addict, which she's absolutely not. That's the worst part of it for me is that I really f****d her over.'
