Rebecca Ferguson's hit post-apocalyptic TV show will continue to thrill audiences in 2026, with the upcoming seasons' production right on schedule.
They will hopefully not have to wait much longer — on Friday, Apple TV confirmed via X that Silo season 4 has wrapped filming. This news comes ahead of Silo season 3's premiere. The third season is expected in mid-to-late 2026, while the fourth may arrive by early 2027. Silo season 4 is confirmed to be the last in the dystopian series.
Silo is created for television by Graham Yost, with a cast that also includes Common, Chinaza Uche, Harriet Walter, Tim Robbins, Avi Nash, and Remmie Milner. Silo season 2's ending sees more mysteries coming together, as well as a massive cliffhanger where Juliette and Bernard (Robbins) are trapped in Silo 18's airlock, which is engulfed in flames.
Production wrapping on season 4 only builds anticipation for what is shaping up to be a massive year for Ferguson. The Greatest Showman star has already been in two movies released this year: the AI thriller Mercy and the crime period drama Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man. The Peaky Blinders movie just debuted to a strong Rotten Tomatoes score, and Ferguson is nowhere near finished.
Ferguson is also playing the main villain in the family fantasy The Magic Faraway Tree, which releases on March 27. After this, she will have a small part in Dune: Part Three, reprising her role as Lady Jessica from the previous two installments. Silo season 3 will then also come out in 2026, and while we might not see season 4 until 2027, it will likely be coming only shortly after this incredible year.
Silo holds a 90% on Rotten Tomatoes, has been nominated for two Primetime Emmys, and returned to Apple TV's top 10 streaming charts in September 2025 — long after season 2's conclusion, only in anticipation of season 3. It is just one of several strong sci-fi offerings from Apple TV — the streamer behind Severance and Pluribus — and is practically guaranteed to be a streaming hit again when it returns.
Silo seasons 1 and 2 are available to stream on Apple TV.
