Sharon Stone looked nearly unrecognizable as she debuted a striking look on the runway as part of Paris Fashion Week

The 68-year-old actress made her return to the catwalk after 33 years at the Vetements' Spring/Summer 2027 menswear presentation on Friday.

Before the fashion show, she was last spotted out with her son in Los Angeles, and her barefaced appearance during that outing made her look entirely different.

She rocked sharp makeup, which emphasized her eyes, paired with a slicked down bob to go with her statement-making outfit.

For her makeup, she was done up in a generous helping of mauve pink eyeshadow that framed and emphasized her piercing, light blue eyes.

Her skin was dewy and flawless, and her makeup look appeared to purposefully skip a few steps before topping it all off with a sharply lined, dark pink lip.

Over the weekend, she returned to the catwalk for the first time in 33 years for Vetements latest presentation. For the fashion show, she wore a bold outfit and super sharp makeup

The overall hair and makeup look highlighted her sharp and stern expression for the fashion show.

She strutted down the runway in an oversize, white blazer, which appeared to be a callback to her iconic look in the 1992 thriller film Basic Instinct.

Paired with the dramatic outerwear, she wore an equally baggy, black button-down shirt.

At the center, she wore a white, satin tie that appeared to be purposefully knotted backwards.

In lieu of pants, she wore patent leather, thigh-high boots that covered up her legs entirely.

The Casino star walked down the runway, which was held in a stripped-down, industrial location, with striking prowess.

For her Paris Fashion Week appearance, Stone cut a dramatic difference from her latest sightings, including a teary-eyed, emotional video interview filmed prior to its release last week.

In mid-June, she was also seen giving off a different vibe as she stepped out for a lush day in Beverly Hills with her 20-year-old son Quinn.

Earlier this month, she looked ever-radiant with different hair and makeup

Just earlier this year, she left fans in awe and sparked plastic surgery rumors with her age-defying looks, though she previously denied the allegations over a decade ago; pictured in May

Just weeks earlier, Stone sparked plastic surgery speculation with her youthful visage, though she has said in the past she has not had cosmetic surgery.

She told America's NEW YOU magazine in 2013: 'I can't tell you how many doctors try to sell me a facelift.

'I've even gone as far as having someone talk me into it,' she continued. 'But when I went over and looked at pictures of myself, I thought, "What are they going to lift?"'

About going under the knife, she admitted: 'Yes, I have come close, but frankly, I think that in the art of aging well there's this sexuality to having those imperfections. It's sensual.'

She also opened up about the facial features she has gained with aging gracefully and naturally.

'People are afraid of changing; that they're losing something,' she said. 'They don't understand that are also gaining something.

'I thought I lost the deep vortex of on my eyelid that you have when you're younger, but I gained almost a kind of beautiful abyss,' she continued.

Stone added: 'As I lost the fullness in my face, I got in these great cheekbones.'
