Sharon Osbourne is selling the Los Angeles estate she shared with her late husband Ozzy and has put it on the market for $17million.
The matriarch, 73, who will now split her time between their Buckinghamshire pile and her LA apartment, plans to downsize in the wake of the rocker's death.
Sharon and Ozzy purchased the 1920s home in 2015 for $11.85million and have previously listed it for $18million in 2022 before dropping in to $17.5million.
At the time, the couple were considering a full time move to the UK, but later removed their stateside property from the housing market, report Carolwood Estates.
Sharon has now decided to sell the sprawling pad in the exclusive Hancock Park enclave, which is five miles from downtown Los Angeles.
According to the Wall Street Journal, the house is around 10,200 square feet and also has an accompanying guesthouse in the grounds.
Their incredible home cinema features a priceless collection of signatures of celebrity pals who visited the house - including Elvis Presley, who signed the fireplace when it was owned by radio host Frank Bresee.
Other key features include a curved staircase, large chandelier and ornate ceiling.

During their time in the property, they spent the early years renovating it while trying to honour it's early 20th century style.
According to the report, Sharon thought the old kitchen was 'too modern' and so changed the style to reflect the property's heritage.
They also made adjustments to the guesthouse and replaced the outdoor swimming pool.
Sharon's daughter - who she shared with Ozzy - recently revealed her family has made 10 bids to buy back the mansion where they filmed their iconic MTV reality show The Osbournes - but the current owners are refusing to sell it back to them.
The family lived at the home in California which Kelly has described as 'one of the best places we ever lived', until selling it to popstar Christina Aguilera in 2007.
Christina lived in the six-bedroom, nine-bathroom gated home for four years before putting it back on the market in 2011.
Kelly said of the property: 'I have such fond memories of it, because that house changed my life and we had a lot of fun…'
'We've asked about ten times if we can buy it back and they keep saying no, even though they're never even there, the people who currently own it. But it was a great house.'
Their hit reality show, The Osbournes, which ran from 2002 to 2005, was filmed primarily at the family home, which was also in Beverly Hills' prestigious Hancock Park neighbourhood.

Black Sabbath legend Ozzy, died of heart failure on July 22, just two weeks after performing a farewell concert with his bandmates at Villa Park stadium in Birmingham.
He has since been buried in the private grounds of Welders House, the Grade II listed building originally purchased by Ozzy and Sharon in 1993, shortly before the couple relocated to Los Angeles.
While Ozzy is buried in the grounds of Buckinghamshire, the couple's three children, Aimee, Jack and Kelly, as well as their five grandchildren, have returned to their homes in Los Angeles.
And after spending the Christmas holidays in LA with her children, Sharon has now decided to split her time evenly between her UK home and a new apartment in Los Angeles, spending 'half the year at least' on the West Coast, according to The Sun.
According to one source, the move could become permanent, with expectations that she will 'probably just spend most of her time in the US again within a couple of years'.
Sharon is also a doting grandmother to Jack's daughters - Pearl, Andy Rose, Minnie Theodora and Maple Artemis - and also to Kelly's little boy, Sidney, and misses being a part of their daily lives, insiders say.
Sharon, who worked alongside Simon Cowell and Louis Walsh on the now-defunct ITV show, The X Factor, has a huge network in Los Angeles, where she and Ozzy lived for 20 years.

Yet Ozzy, who grew up in Aston, Birmingham, had always insisted he wanted to return to England to die.
As his health failed, the US property was put on the market, with an asking price of $18million, which prompted Sharon to make renovations to ensure their UK home was fit for his increasing needs.
She planned to include a 'rehabilitation wing' to help him learn to walk again, and had an extension built for a nurse's flat for an on-site carer to provide round-the-clock care.

The renovation also boasted a 'health and welfare exercise studio', an 'art studio room' and 'pool house orangery' complete with spa, wet room and changing area.
To make sure that Ozzy could get fit in private, a 2.4m high fence was installed to keep out prying eyes, and the CCTV monitoring their grounds was upgraded.
Sharon and Ozzy were supposed to return to the UK in 2024 as they had been working on a ten-part reality series called Home To Roost, documenting their return to England.
But it was believed that Ozzy was simply not well enough, and they finally returned earlier last summer, in time for his final Black Sabbath reunion concert at Aston Villa's Villa Park stadium in Birmingham.
There, he was joined by fellow original band members Tony Iommi, Terence 'Geezer' Butler and Bill Ward on stage.
Weeks later, on July 22, he died at home from a heart attack, aged 76.
The Daily Mail has contacted Sharon's representatives for a comment.
Last month, Sharon marked her very first Valentine's Day without Ozzy as she shared a heartbreaking post.
The businesswoman, who had been married to the Black Sabbath legend since 1982, poignantly remembered her soulmate seven months after he passed away.
In the emotional Instagram tribute, Sharon posted a snap of their hands locked, captioning: 'Forever Valentine,' alongside the infinity emoji.
