Sharon Osbourne has revealed she has a dent in her face following botched cosmetic surgery.
The former X Factor judge, 74, said she can still feel the indentation in the right side of her face as she discussed the downsides of undergoing a procedure.
Speaking on The Osbournes podcast alongside son Jack, she explained: 'I have an indentation left from it here, all the way down here.'
Pointing out the damage just above her mouth, Sharon suggested that the surgeon might have allowed somebody else to take over part of the procedure.
'I think the surgeon left it to his mate to do,' she quipped. 'I think he took a phone call and then his mate was all, tap in.'
Sharon, who did not identify the surgeon or specify which operation had left the mark, said the treatment she received afterwards failed to put things right.

She said: 'You go and you complain and you go there. And then he starts injecting, and you go, "What is in this that you're injecting me with?"'
"Don't worry, it's my special concoction. It'll work!" recalling what the surgeon told her. 'Well, actually, it didn't f***ing work. I've got a dent!'
The TV personality, whose husband Ozzy Osbourne died last year, previously spoke about the facelift in 2021 that left her horrified from the results.
In 2022, she described the operation as 'horrendous', saying one eye looked different from the other and compared herself to a 'Cyclops'.
She later said the experience had frightened her into giving up further facelifts, admitting she had pushed cosmetic surgery too far.
Speaking on the podcast, Sharon also revealed how a cutting remark from an unnamed 'hugely famous actor' years earlier left her feeling she needed to change her appearance.
The encounter took place after she and Ozzy had filmed an early British documentary which preceded the family's hit MTV reality series, The Osbournes.
Recalling what the actor had said, Sharon explained: 'He goes, "But you know what? I couldn't believe that Ozzy married somebody that looks like a Fraulein".'
Fraulein is an outdated – typically sexist – German word used to address an unmarried woman, but Sharon interpreted the actor's remark as a cruel jibe about her weight.
'I knew exactly what he was saying,' she said. 'And I wanted to grab him by the throat and say, you motherf*****, and headbutt him. But I thought it wouldn't go down well. So I just ignored it.'

She did not disclose the actor's identity. The comment stayed with her, she explained, describing how remarks about her appearance could erode her confidence.
'You go home and you think, I have got to do something. I have to. So if you're with this all the time, it affects you mentally.'
Sharon said she believed people who had never struggled with their appearance could find it difficult to understand why others kept seeking surgery or weight-loss treatments.
'Unless you're unhappy with your body or your face, other people don't realise what it's like to walk around in our bodies having that face that every time you look in a mirror, you don't like it,' she said. 'And it bothers you and how insecure it makes you feel.'
She added: 'From the minute you're born, people are mean about you and you feel uncomfortable in the body that you have.'
Sharon also indicated she was no longer interested in having more work done.
Asked whether she was finished with surgery on her face, she replied: 'Who am I doing it for now?'
She went on to explain that the recovery from cosmetic surgery could be 'brutal', while even a younger-looking face could not disguise the ageing of the rest of the body.
'What am I going to do? You have your face done. You've got a tight face like this,' she said.
'Well, look at my hands. Look at my arms. I never show my arms because they're wrinkly and marked. The skin's going. It's like, what about the rest of you?'
She added: 'And you've got a face that looks 50 and your body looks your age. It's like, go with it.'
