Jennifer loves TV, especially science fiction. She also loves late-night talk shows, due to her insomnia. Alien: Earth is definitely one of her favorite shows, and she jumps on any chance she gets to write about it. Even on her days off, she will claim an Alien Earth article if one is available.
Jimmy Kimmel and Jimmy Fallon are two of her favorite late-night hosts, and Conan O'Brien before he left his show.
Her Alien: Earth coverage for ScreenRant is by far the work that she is most proud of so far.
She was initially a finance and political editor, but her passion for pop culture convinced her to transition into entertainment journalism.
During her off time, she loves to binge-watch cooking shows such as Kitchen Nightmares. Jennifer also loves spending time with her daughter and cherishes every moment of it.
Severance season 3 receives a new production update, and Apple TV is also reportedly making plans for another installment.
An exclusive article from Deadline states that the streamer has long-term plans for the critically acclaimed science fiction drama series. While fans continue to endure long gaps between seasons, Ben Stiller (director/executive producer) and Dan Erickson (creator/writer) state that they're aiming for at least a four-season run for the show. And, the studio is considering a summer production date for season 3.
Severance first premiered in 2022 and quickly became one of Apple TV+’s most popular shows. The second season, much like the upcoming installment, was met with delays, not debuting until 2025 (three years after the first chapter). While Severance season 3 isn't exactly delayed in terms of the production being stalled by external forces such as strikes, there will be a long wait. If filming doesn't start until summer, the show would realistically be looking at a 2027 release at the earliest.
With Severance season 4 more or less confirmed by Stiller, Erickson, and insider reports, viewers are wondering if there will be a fifth installment. At the time of this article's publication, there were no official plans for continuing the series beyond its fourth chapter. However, insiders have claimed that the creative team are open to the idea of continuing the story. But that doesn't necessarily mean another season. It could potentially be a spinoff or a prequel.
Severance is a science fiction workplace drama where employees of Lumon Industries must undergo a medical procedure designed to enforce strict boundaries between their professional and personal lives, keeping them entirely separate. The operation surgically splits an individual’s memories, resulting in two different identities. The “innie,” who exists only within their office, and the “outie,” who lives outside the office with no knowledge of what their profession is.
Severance stars Adam Scott as the main character, Mark, a devoted employee of Lumon Industries. The show also features Zach Cherry (Dylan), Tramell Tillman (Seth Milchick), Christopher Walken (Burt), Britt Lower (Helly), Jen Tullock (Devon), Michael Chernus (Ricken), John Turturro (Irving), Patricia Arquette (Harmony), Sarah Bock (Eustice), and Dichen Lachman (Ms. Casey).
There is no official release date for Severance seasons 3 or 4 at the time of this article's publication.
