Emma Hernan has a new boyfriend that she was seen holding hands with in a Los Angeles restaurant in July.
According to Cosmopolitan, Emma's latest love interest is real estate agent and developer Blake Davis.
This comes just as she was accused by Nicole Young of sleeping with a married client.
That reportedly led to Davis being cut out of Selling Sunset in upcoming episodes.
The whole situation was deeply upsetting for Emma – who recently dressed as Marilyn Monroe – but she had her boyfriend, whom she has not publicly identified yet, to calm her down.
The reality TV star revealed that Davis was angry at the rumors of the affair on her behalf.

'I was very grateful because he knew what happened and what they did to me. He was super upset and very supportive and felt awful for me,' she told Us Weekly.
She added, 'Especially because he went and filmed and put himself out there as well, and they cut everything.'
Emma was very upset at those scenes with Davis being cut as it put a lot of things out of context and made it seem like the affair rumors were true.
'There’s a few scenes where I have a bite mark on my arm and they try to play it like they don’t know who it is. But we all know who it is,' she said.
'There’s a few scenes that if you go back in the season and kind of pay attention to what they did now, it’s super messed up.'
Chrishell Stause, 43, had Emma's back throughout the affair allegations and shared a few photos from the deleted scenes.
'A scene where Emma introduced us to who she actually WAS dating. This was pretty funny bc I didn’t like him. So maybe it’s for the best,' she captioned the snap.
It was not clear if Chrishell was referring to Davis or to the client Emma didn't have an affair with.

Emma has been private about her personal life and for good reason.
'As it is, I’m not super comfortable showing my personal life and relationship. Then I go ahead, I do it, and regardless, your relationship is going to be judged,' she told Us Weekly.
'I want people to connect with me and I want people to see my real life and know what I’m doing. Then they cut my real life and go to this life that has zero truth to it and then I don’t even know about it!'
Emma also opened up about how the Selling Sunset producers asked her to have her boyfriend on the show.
She continued, 'I have been super private about my relationships my entire life. Even before the show, I’ve always been a private person when it comes to relationships.
'But producers came to me and they said that they really wanted to see my love life and who I’m dating. I opened up my life, and what happened was the complete opposite from what we filmed.'
A Reddit user uncovered social media posts by Davis where he made fun of Mattel releasing a Barbie in a wheelchair and said that next they'd have a Barbie with a beard.
In another screenshot from his social media, Davis made fun of a size inclusive Barbie, asking why Mattel released a 'fat' Barbie.

Apparently, the real estate developer has also expressed anti-LBTQIA opinions in the past.
Davis has deleted the social media accounts the distasteful comments came from and his new account is private.
Davis is originally from Jonesboro, Georgia and resides in Florida now, according to his company's website.
'Blake grew up with a father that is a builder and a mother who is a designer so his desire for the epicurean comes as no surprise.
'His personal style is modern with a fondness for sculpture and art,' his bio said.
