Selena Gomez sold her Encino, California mansion for $5.4 million on Tuesday.
The Texas-born singer-actress, 34, reached an agreement on the home after having initially placed the six-bedroom, 10-bathroom 11,500 sq. foot home on the market this past May with a $6.49 million asking price, TMZ reported.
The Only Murders In The Building actress, who is married to Benny Blanco, 38, purchased the property for $4.89 million in 2020.
The home was previously owned by late rock icon Tom Petty, who sold it in 2017, just a few months before his death at age 66 in Malibu.
The abode is where Gomez filmed her unscripted cooking show Selena + Chef and was also the location for her Rare Beauty makeup video tutorials.
The Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for Gomez for further comment on the story.

The sale comes less than two years after Gomez snapped up a sprawling Beverly Hills mansion with husband Benny Blanco, 38, for an eye-watering $35 million in December 2024.
According to property records seen by Realtor.com, she listed the home on May 1.
The listing described the home as a 'private celebrity compound' which 'evokes a magical vision of romance, inspiration, and tranquility.'
The estate boasted, according to the listing, 'distinctive architecture crafted with exceptional attention to detail and the finest quality.'
Among the standout features include a gourmet chef's kitchen, wine cellar, gym, massage room, creative work area, kitchen, dining room, vocal booth, den, family room and guest suite.
The home's front entry leads into the living room, showcasing the home's 'sophisticated architecture and soaring ceilings,' according to the listing.
The home's main level is centered around 'a spectacular primary suite, complemented by an upper-level second primary suite and four additional bedroom suites,' the listing stated.
The abode was first built in 1989 for Petty, and has undergone extensive renovations in the decades since.

News of the sale came as Gomez on Tuesday dropped hints at her future plans to become a mother.
She shared a sweet photo of herself interacting with a baby on her Instagram Story, alongside the caption: ‘One day.’
Gomez, who has previously revealed she is unable to carry a child amid a years-long battle with autoimmune condition lupus, included an emoji with teary eyes as well as one with the thought balloon.
It’s not the first time she’s shown a desire to enter her era of parenthood.

Less than two weeks after tying the knot with A-list music producer Benny Blanco in 2025, the Emmy nominee made the remark while promoting season two of the Wizards Of Waverly Place sequel series, Wizards Beyond Waverly Place.
Gomez famously starred on the original Emmy-winning Disney Channel show, which aired from 2007 to 2012, as teenage witch Alex Russo.
Taking to her Instagram Story, Gomez revealed that her character Alex is now a 'mommy' as she posted footage from the reboot's season finale.
'Alex Russo is a mommy,' Gomez penned, before adding: 'hopefully one day that'll be me.'
The footage shows Gomez sharing an emotional moment with her onscreen daughter Billie, who is played by Janice LeAnn Brown.
In a behind-the-scenes clip posted to YouTube, Gomez gushed about her and Janice playing 'mother and daughter.'
'I really am grateful for this lovely Janice child,' Gomez said with a laugh.
Janice revealed that the initial table read for the season two finale, where Alex reveals to Billie that she is her mother, left her and Gomez in tears.
'It was very emotional, especially for me and her after the table read,' Janice said, with Gomez adding: 'We were just puddles.'

In September 2024, she revealed for the first time to Vanity Fair that she 'can't carry' children due to medical reasons.
She said she had to 'grieve' her inability to become a mother naturally after years of battling lupus, a chronic autoimmune condition that causes the body to attack itself.
'I haven't ever said this,' Gomez told the publication, 'but I unfortunately can't carry my own children.
'I have a lot of medical issues that would put my life and the baby's in jeopardy. That was something I had to grieve for a while.'
While she acknowledged her path to motherhood will be 'different,' Gomez said she is still as determined as ever to have a child of her own.
'It's not necessarily the way I envisioned it. I thought it would happen the way it happens for everyone,' she said.
'I'm in a much better place with that. I find it a blessing that there are wonderful people willing to do surrogacy or adoption, which are both huge possibilities for me.
'It made me really thankful for the other outlets for people who are dying to be moms. I'm one of those people. I'm excited for what that journey will look like, but it'll look a little different,' she said.

Selena expressed that through surrogacy or adoption, the child will be 'mine.'
'At the end of the day, I don't care. It'll be mine. It'll be my baby,' she expressed.
Gomez also spoke about the possibility of adopting in 2024 while attending a Time 100 Most Influential Companies event.
During the function, she revealed that she had planned to adopt a child herself if she hadn't met the right partner by age 35.
'I was alone for five years, and I got really used to it,' Gomez said of her time before dating Blanco.
'A lot of people are afraid of being alone and I probably tortured myself in my head for like two years being alone, and then I kind of accepted it.
'Then I came up with my plan, which was I was going to adopt at 35 if I had not met anyone,' she explained.
Blanco has also vocalized his desire to start a family with Gomez.
While appearing on Howard Stern's SiriusXM show last year, Blanco confessed that his 'next goal' is to have a child with Gomez.
'That's my next goal [to check] on the box. I have a lot of god kids, I've got a ton of nephews. I love being around kids,' he told Stern.
