Selena Gomez has passionate kiss with husband Benny Blanco... after he sailed overseas to mark her birthday

Selena Gomez shared multiple loved-up photos in which she locked lips with her husband Benny Blanco via Instagram on Sunday.

The newlyweds, who tied the knot in September 2025, shared a deep kiss in one of the images shared in Gomez's latest Instagram carousel.

Another snapshot showed the former child star with her dark hair slicked into a sleek updo as she cozied up to a smiling Blanco. 

Gomez, 33, shared her post after spending much of the spring and summer apart from Blanco, 38, as she worked overseas filming the latest season of her Hulu series Only Murders In The Building.

But the Los Angeles–based music producer arranged to get to his wife in time to celebrate her upcoming birthday on July 22 – despite his fear of flying.

Last week he took to TikTok to reveal that he was on a ship, en route to Gomez.

He filmed himself on the vessel and wrote over a clip, 'POV: ur traveling across the atlantic in the titanic to see ur wife bc ur scared of flying.'

The accompanying caption read: 'the things we do for love.'

In another photo from Gomez's post, the couple canoodled as Blanco hugged his wife from behind while she held a summery drink. 

The singer and actress modeled a plunging brown maxi dress in multiple photos that appeared to have been taken at some sort of celebration. 

Other images from the same day showed her surrounded by girlfriends. 

She also included behind-the-scenes snaps from the Only Murders In The Building set, with cameos from costars Steve Martin and Meryl Streep. 

Gomez enjoyed a beach day with a group of friends in one photo, and other photos were simple, intimate selfies taken with her loved ones. 

The post has so far collected more than two million likes from her 404 million followers.

It comes after Blanco recently opened up about the early days of his relationship with Gomez.

He revealed the important question she asked him when they first struck up a romance.

'She asked me, "Are you sure you want to do this? I understand if you want us to just be friends,"' he told the Spanish publication El País.

The pertinent question was posited due to her immense fame as a singer, actress, and beauty mogul.

Blanco said he decided to embrace a public-facing romance.

'And then I said, "You know what? Screw it." We’re lucky because we both have friends and family we’ve known since before all this, and we’re surrounded by a good group of people we love,' he explained.

Elsewhere in his conversation with the outlet, the musician admitted, 'I don’t like to expose my life. Famous people are under constant scrutiny: if you say one thing, it’s wrong, and if you say another, it’s also wrong.'

Prior to making his status with Gomez public, the pair 'kept our relationship private for a long time, about eight or nine months,' said the producer.

They confirmed their relationship in December 2023 and got engaged a year later.

'Forever starts now,' the songstress wrote on social media at the time, flaunting her sparkling diamond engagement ring.

They tied the knot nearly two years later with a ceremony in Santa Barbara.

Ahead of the wedding, the couple celebrated their love story with a joint album, I Said I Love You First, released in March 2025.

Last November the Texas native described the first weeks of their marriage as 'a dream' in an interview with Zane Lowe.

She added, 'And I know it'll come with ebbs and flows, but [he's] the most beautiful person I could do that with.'
