He may have failed to find love on Married At First Sight, but Scott McCristal would do it all again – for the right woman.

Scott started the experiment strong with wife Gia Fleur, however, their relationship sensationally imploded after a season of explosive arguments and trust issues.

Speaking to Woman's Day, Scott revealed that despite his tumultuous time with Gia he would consider a return to the reality juggernaut if he was promised a bride like Stella Mickunaite.

'If I knew I’d have a woman like Stella and I knew I was going to have a forever partner, I’d think about it,' he said.

But he was quick to add that he was possibly too scarred by his experience with Gia to consider a return.

'I really can’t say I’d do it again considering what I experienced,' he added.

Scott and Stella forged a connection when they were paired for Feedback Week.

The groom spoke openly to Stella about the pressure he felt to tell Gia that he loved her.

Stella, meanwhile, warned Scott to be wary of Gia's apparent need to create or be a part of 'drama'.

Earlier in the series, Gia accused Stella of being 'flirty' with Scott after a chaotic Red Flag, Green Flag challenge.

During the fiery task, tensions erupted between the brides as Gia and fellow bride Brook called out others for allegedly 'lying' about their perfect relationships.

But Gia later claimed there was more to the story than what viewers saw.

'Off camera, Stella made a few comments to me,' she alleged.

'‘She didn’t flirt, but she did say a couple of things to Scott. Like she said, Scott has a nice a**e. She said that he's husband material.

'And she was being flirty with Scott, and I was like, "get out of here".'

It comes after the Final Dinner Party culminated in Scott throwing his ring on the table and storming off the set and out of Gia's life.

Gia was having none of it, declaring to the group that her match was a showmance.

'He played me... He never reassures me. He never tells me I look beautiful before a dinner party. He never tells me I'm sexy,' she said.

Moments later, Gia also left the dinner party and the experiment, encountering an emotional Scott outside, where they shared a final tearful goodbye.

While Scott and Gia's relationship crashed and burned, things could not have been more different for Stella and her groom, Filip Gregov.

The couple proved to be the strongest throughout the series, and sent fans into a tailspin when Filip got down on one knee during Final Vows.

'I have never wanted to move somewhere for someone, but now I realise home is wherever you are,' he said.

'Being with you is like nothing I've ever felt before. I see our future so vividly – a family, a home and a beautiful life together.'

Filip's sweet words would be enough to have even the most cynical person swooning, however, he then went above and beyond by getting down on one knee.

He could barely get the words 'Will you marry me?' out before Stella embraced him and kissed him romantically.

As they became lost in the moment, Filip broke off the kiss to get an answer from Stella.

'Wait a minute, hang on. Will you marry me?' he asked again, to which Stella replied with an enthusiastic 'yes'.
