When Scott Hoying and husband Mark Manio arrived at the 2026 Grammys, they did so in pink to honor their baby girl on the way, detailing their excitement to E! News' Keltie Knight on the red carpet.
Scott Hoying Reveals How He'll React if Daughter Doesn't Want to Be a Singer
Scott Hoying is fine tuning his plans for fatherhood.
Including, for example, what he and husband Mark Manio will do if it turns out the baby girl they're expecting doesn't want to be a singer when she grows up.
"Not in this house," Scott joked to Keltie Knight during the E! Live From the Red Carpet: Grammys 2026. "We sing in this house."
But all jokes aside, he and Mark—who both donned sparkly pink suits to the 2026 Grammys in honor of their baby's sex—are more than happy to have a little one joining their ranks. (See every red carpet look here.)
"We just want her to do whatever she loves and be whoever she wants to be," the Pentatonix member continued. "And her being authentic and being who she wants to be is like my dream."
As for baby name ideas? "Keltie," Mark—who tied the knot with Scott in 2023—quipped. "Keltie Hoying."
But while the couple have decided to remain mum on their actual name ideas, Scott was more than willing to spill the tea on which of his fellow Dancing with the Stars alums he's keeping time with.
"Oh my gosh, we actually keep in touch with everyone," Scott—who placed 10th with partner Rylee Arnold—gushed. "Yeah, I would say we text Elaine [Hendrix] the most, and Lauren [Jauregui]."
In fact, their offscreen friendship with the Fifth Harmony member has already found a new stage.

"We actually saw Lauren at the Hillary Duff concert the other day," mark revealed. "So we got a dance to 'Come Clean' and 'Fly.' It was so fun."
As for the season's combination heartthrob-boy next door Dylan Efron? It turns out, he really is all that meets the eye.
"He's so sweet," Scott revealed. "Like, so gentle and sweet. Everyone came across on TV how they like are in person— everyone's so nice."
But with his time in the ballroom behind him, Scott is more than happy to return to his musical roots at the Grammys, where he's previously walked away a winner three times.
"It's just he dream," he said, "I had a vision board in high school with Grammys photoshopped in my hands, like it's just always been such a dream. So every time I come it feels like I'm a little kid again."
