Scott Disick fans comment he looks 'deathly ill' as he promotes a platform selling weight loss drugs

Kourtney Kardashian's ex Scott Disick has been promoting a platform that sells weight loss medication - two years after sparking concern with his gaunt appearance.

The 42-year-old reality TV star took to Instagram on Sunday to share the news he is representing Omzo, which offers personalized GLP-1 medical weight loss treatments including Ozempic.

'When it comes to my health, I like things done right. That's why I use @omzo.us,' the father-of-three wrote in his Instagram caption.

But fans could not get over his appearance.

His face looked gaunt in his accompanying portrait where he posed next to bottles of Tirzepatide. 

Though Kourtney's sister Khloe Kardashian and Tori Spelling hit the like button, several of his other followers were concerned with his apparent weight loss.

'Doing health ads while looking deathly ill is certainly a choice,' wrote one follower.

One woman expressed concern for the star: 'So, that's what happened? This is NOT HEALTHY. Who is your doctor? I wouldn't trust them for nothing. They're using your body as a guinea pig to make bank. 

'You've never needed anything to lose weight. Look what it is doing to your face. My doctor's advice for anyone wanting to lose weight, "Eat less and move more." Works every time.' 

'You look ill!!!' said another follower. 

Last year, Disick admitted that he had been using Mounjaro which is a brand name for Tirzepatide. 

Interestingly, his ex Kourtney sells a natural version of GLP-1 through her Lemme brand.

Lemme launched GLP-1 Daily in September 2024, a plant-based capsule aimed at supporting natural GLP-1 production, reducing cravings and managing weight.

It is not a drug, does not contain synthetic GLP-1 like Ozempic. Instead it includes plant-based extracts including Eriomin lemon fruit extract, Supresa saffron extract, and Morosil red orange extract. 

Disick and Kardashian, 46, split in July 2015 after nearly 10 years together. Together they have three children: Mason, 16, Penelope, 13, and Reign, 11.

She moved on with drummer Travis Barker, whom she wed in 2022, and they have a son named Rocky Thirteen, two, together.

Since his split from Kardashian, Disick has dated Sofia Richie and Amelia Hamlin, but appears to be single at the moment. 

Last year Disick and Kardashian's son Reign comically dismissed rumors suggesting Justin Bieber is his real dad.

Reign has long faced gossip about his parenthood due to his physical similarities to pop star Bieber.

During an Instagram Live video with his step-sister Alabama Barker's boyfriend Scooter Jackson, Reign was asked about the rumors and he said: 'No, he's [Bieber] not [my dad]. Bro, I swear, Justin Bieber is not my dad.

'Scotty ... Scotty ... Scotty is my dad. I don't know how old my mom was, but I think Justin Bieber was 16 when I got born. I don't think my mom would do that.'

Reign was born in December 2014 - a year before his parents split in 2015. After the break-up, Kourtney was rumored to have dated Bieber - who is 14 years her junior - but the relationship was never publicly confirmed and the singer later insisted there was nothing romantic going on between them.
