Savannah Chrisley's convicted fraudster fiancé Jason Galanis and her father Todd Chrisley served their prison sentences at the same Pensacola, Florida, facility over eight months in 2023.

Savannah, 29, revealed Tuesday that she was expecting her first child with her partner, whom she initially referred to only as 'J.'

He was subsequently identified by US Weekly as Jason Galanis, who federal authorities said had previously been sentenced to more than 15 years in prison after pleading guilty to participating in multiple fraudulent schemes.

Todd, 57, and Galanis, 56, had both been in custody at the Federal Prison Camp from January 2023 to August of that year, according to a report from Page Six.

Galanis had been sentenced in September 2020 after he pleaded guilty earlier that year to orchestrating two financial fraud operations, one of which targeted a Native American tribe and investors for millions, federal authorities said.

The Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for Savannah Chrisley for further comment.

Shortly after the identity of Chrisley's fiancé was revealed on Tuesday, she deflected from the revelation by sharing a short clip of her sonogram on Instagram and declared that her baby is 'innocent.'

As part of Galanis's sentence, he was ordered to forfeit more than $80 million and properties he owned in Los Angeles and New York, as well as to pay more than $80 million in restitution.

Galanis had previously been a business associate of Hunter Biden, and in March of 2024, he provided testimony to a Republican impeachment probe against ex-President Joe Biden while still in custody.

In March 2025, Trump commuted Galanis's sentence, months before he issued pardons for Todd and Julie Chrisley on their 2022 bank fraud and tax evasion convictions.

At the time, prosecutors said Todd and Julie had taken out millions in bank loans under fraudulent circumstances.

The Chrisleys were also accused of hiding income to avoid paying taxes on it.

In May of last year, Trump said that the Chrisleys had been 'given a pretty harsh treatment based on' what he had heard.

Savannah, who endorsed Trump in a 2024 speech at the Republican National Convention, said Trump officials had 'seen the corruption' at play in her parents' case.

Todd Chrisley was flanked by daughter Savannah at a May 2025 news conference after he had been pardoned

'I didn’t have to do anything other than stand firm in my beliefs and my convictions and fight for my parents,' she said at the time.

Savannah spoke about her romance with Galanis and addressed their 27-year age gap on her podcast Unlocked.

She explained: 'I have always said, "I would rather [have] 20 phenomenal, unbelievable years with someone than 50 just [fine] years."

'It's just such an amazing, fulfilling feeling to finally find your person. And I'm there. So yes, the age difference. So what?' she said.

Chrisley declared that Galanis is her 'best friend,' and she said they share a mutual 'love and respect' and 'do everything together.'

The Chrisley Knows Best star also spoke about their goals as a couple as they prepare to become parents.

'We have so many dreams … together, we work together … we want to have life experiences with each other,' Savannah said. 'And I think that’s when you know you have the right person, when you don’t feel like you have to escape them at times.'
