Sarah stars alongside Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis in the spinoff series, which follows the SATC characters Carrie, Miranda Hobbes and Charlotte York in their 50s.
The show premiered on HBO Max in 2021, with the second season following in 2023.
Kim Cattrall, who played the sex-empowered Samantha Jones in the original, has not returned for the show, but she made a cameo in the season two finale.
The third season is slated to air some time in 2025.
At the time of renewal, showrunner Michael Patrick King released a statement: 'We are thrilled to spend more time in the Sex And The City universe telling new stories about the lives of these relatable and aspirational characters played by these amazing actors. And Just Like That... here comes season 3.'
Earlier this year, Sarah teased what fans can expect to see in the upcoming installment.
Stopping by the Today show, she said the next season has a 'soufflé quality' and added, 'It just feels really lovely.'

'So, there will be layers and complexity and complications as there always are — certainly in Carrie's life,' she noted.
Back in July she was seen filming with longtime co-star John Corbett, who plays her love interest Aidan Shaw.
The duo looked spiffy in all-black outfits as they appeared to act out a scene for a major event in the series that could be celebratory or mournful as it was unclear if they were attending a wedding, funeral, or some other formal event.
