Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick's nepo baby son, James Wilkie, 23, shows off bulging biceps at the gym

Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick's nepo baby son James Wilkie showcased his bulging biceps while stopping by the gym in NYC on Wednesday. 

The 23-year-old actor, who recently unveiled 'thirst trap' modeling photos, was seen strolling down a sidewalk in the bustling city alongside a female companion after the fitness session. 

The star has been following in the footsteps of his famous parents by starring in shows such as Elsbeth (2024). 

James kept it casual wearing a sleeveless, blue-printed shirt as well as a pair of white shorts. 

He additionally slipped into a pair of white ankle socks and comfy black sneakers for the lowkey outing. 

The media personality, who boasts around 31,000 followers on Instagram, held a conversation with his companion as the pair headed to their next destination. 

It comes just days after James uploaded a series of thirst trap photos on social media to further show off his muscular physique. 

The actor struck a number of poses while donning both short-sleeved and sleeveless shirts. 

Social media users jumped to the comment section to offer their thoughts including his proud mom. 

The Sex And The City alum typed out to her eldest child: 'Ah handsome. And happy. Xxx, mama.' 

Amy Sedaris penned, 'Wow! You look amazing. Beautiful. Look at you,' while Andy Cohen wrote, 'GREAT!' 

One year earlier, James celebrated a major milestone as he graduated from Brown University. 

He has also made appearances in front of the camera as he pursues his interest in acting as well. 

Parker gave insight into the advice she has given her son as he navigates the entertainment industry. 

'I really want my children to be educated in the ways that are fulfilling to them,' the actress expressed to E! News last year. 

'I don't think that there is one way to be an educated person or to be equipped to be an adult.

'And try to fashion a life for yourself after what would be considered "finishing college".... let's say 22 years old,' the mom-of-three continued. 

Parker further expressed that she wants her kids to pursue a career or passion that makes them happy. 

'You want for them to be pursuing things that are exciting and challenging and hard and gratifying and to be able to ultimately take care of themselves, support themselves emotionally, financially.'

The Hocus Pocus star added, 'And that they can be in the world and be a reliable person to themselves and to other people. And so we talk about work like that.' 

Back in 2024, James starred in one episode of the Apple TV+ Lady In The Lake which had also cast Natalie Portman and Moses Ingram. 

That same year, he had the chance to act alongside his father in the CBS show Elsbeth.  

'I was so proud and happy to work with my son James,' the Ferris Bueller's Day Off actor previously gushed to People. 

'Working with everyone on Elsbeth was a pleasure and I'm excited for the episode to come out.' 

James also reflected on the opportunity to appear on screen with his famous father on the series. 

'What a thrill it was to work side by side with my dad - who also happens to be my favorite actor!' 

The star continued, 'The whole experience of working on Elsbeth was beyond exciting and I am very grateful to the producers for giving me this opportunity!' 

James has other projects under his belt including Days Ending In Y which is in post-production. 

He is additionally appearing in the forthcoming short film titled Altar Egos which was written and directed by Mayrav Estrin. 

Along with James, Parker and Broderick are also parents to twins Tabitha and Marion, 16.
