Samantha Armytage has walked away with $800,000 in profit after selling her Moss Vale renovation project for $2.1million.
The Golden Bachelor host, 49, purchased the property for $1.3million in March 2024, just months before her separation from ex-husband Richard Lavender.
She sold the home through Bradley Cocks from Drew Lindsay Sotheby's Bowral after it spent only nine days on the market, according to Realestate.com.au.
The 1960s house was unrenovated when Sam first bought it, set on a 1,920sqm block with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
A full-width porch welcomes guests into a wide hallway, with the home boasting French doors and a combustion fireplace in the living area.
Sam undertook renovations on the property in recent years, including opening up the kitchen and dining area.

She turned it into a 'bright, white, country-style space' with a farmhouse sink, freestanding 900mm gas cooker, island bench, breakfast nook, and walk-in pantry.
Meanwhile, the TV star also added a new roof to the cottage, which is now known as Churchill and boasts an extensive backyard.
It comes just months after she managed to sell her Hyams Beach cottage in March after it racked up 8,300 page views on Realestate.com.au.
The three-bedroom waterfront reserve property was on-and-off the market since 2023, with Sam initially attempting to sell it for $3.2million.
However, she eventually withdrew the listing when it failed to sell, and put it back on the market in February this year with a price guide of $2.95million to $3.1million.
Within weeks, she managed to sell the property, again through Drew Lindsay Sotheby's, by private treaty for $2.75million.
The cottage, which has Jervis Bay water views from its upstairs balcony, was also a renovation project for Sam, who purchased it for $1.765million in 2018.
Sam and ex-husband Richard announced their separation in December 2024 on the eve of their fourth wedding anniversary.
