Samantha Armytage has put her getaway pad on the NSW south coast back onto the market.

The former Sunrise star, 49, had pulled the property from listings back in December 2024, only hours before her split from husband Richard Lavender made headlines.

Sam is now seeking 'expressions of interest' for the three-bedroom, two-bathroom Hyams Beach house with a $2.95million – $3.1million price guide.

The Golden Bachelor host has switched real estate agents since first listing the beautiful, renovated home in September 2024 for $3million.

After it languished unloved on the market for months, Sam relisted it with a $2.5million – $3million guide, only to change her mind about the sale after her marriage broke up.

Sam first snapped up the charming waterfront cottage overlooking Jervis Bay in 2018 for $1.765million.

She made improvements to the home soon after the purchase, including installing a new roof, according to The Wentworth Courier.

Before her marriage split, Sam had been known to promote stays in the stunning abode, which is situated 191kms from Sydney.

The Channel Nine star had the property on the market as a short-term holiday rental, charging a staggering $1,200 per night, with a three-night minimum stay.

Built over two levels on a cliff top, and only minutes from the beach, the home makes the most of the spectacular views with an entertainment deck.

There's also a front deck overlooking the ocean and a private rear garden.

Other highlights include a family room and an adjoining dining space.

It comes after Sam recently made a surprising admission following her split from husband Richard Lavender during an appearance on the Jess Rowe Big Talk show.

The former Farmer Wants a Wife host, who announced her separation from the equestrian businessman at the end of 2024, was asked if she thought she would find love again.

'Of course I'll find love again,' she said, before bursting out into fits of laughter.

'I mean, I'm keeping my options open,' she cheekily added.

She continued to assure fans, saying: 'I am fine. Don't worry about me, I'm having fun as always.'

Meanwhile, the fan favourite recently addressed rumours she's set to replace Sarah Abo on the Today show in 2026

The TV veteran appeared on 2GB with Ben Fordham in October, where she was asked about the growing speculation that she would be returning to breakfast TV.

'Ben, you know how this game works – these stories get planted, leaked,' she began, before revealing that she had bumped into Sarah and comforted her in the wake of the headlines.

'Sarah's wonderful... I saw her at Upfronts – at Nine Upfronts – the other night.

'We gave each other a hug and I said, "Are you okay?"

'She's good. Sarah and Karl are fantastic,' Sam added of the current Today line-up.
