Anime adaptations of Weekly Shonen Jump titles almost always come with great anticipation, especially since it’s known for producing big hits like One Piece, Naruto, and Bleach. When the anime adaptation of Sakamoto Days was announced, it was immediately met with great expectations.

When is the next episode of Sakamoto Days coming out?

Netflix is releasing Sakamoto Days in two parts. The first part started airing on January 11. According to AnimeTV, the first part will have 11 episodes. However, there’s no need to be disappointed with the number of episodes. We won’t be waiting long as the second part will arrive on July this year.

Sakamoto Days is based on Suzuki Yuto’s manga of the same name. It follows the story of Taro Sakamoto, who was the top assassin during his time. But after meeting the love of his life, he decided to get married and settle down. He started running a neighborhood store with his family and lived happily ever after. That was until shady characters from his former job started hunting him down. With an out-of-shape body, Sakamoto must once again utilize his skills to ensure the safety of those precious to him.
