Ryan Seacrest offered his fans an unprecedented peek at the particulars of his diet in an image posted to his Instagram page this week.
The 51-year-old, who recently left his public reeling with a shirtless photo of his washboard abs, has now posted a full-length snap of his open freezer.
Inside, the shelves were lined almost entirely with ice cream pints and plastic-wrapped cuts of chicken and fish, with the exception of one box of microwaveable steamed jasmine rice and another box of popsicles.
Among Seacrest's favored ice cream brands were Cosmic Bliss, which offers both dairy and plant-based options, and the upscale Jeni's.
He also had a couple of pints from the avocado-derived ice cream line Cado, specifically their 'high five candy bar' and 'choco peanut butter' flavors.
Meanwhile, the American Idol host's popsicles of choice were from Jonny Pops, which bills itself as selling products free of 'artificial dyes.'

Seacrest showed the picture on his SiriusXM radio show, prompting one of his his co-hosts, Sisonie, to rib him for having 'such a dude freezer.'
Sisonie and her on-air colleague Tanya Red both observed that Seacrest kept 'a lot' of ice cream, with the former counting up 13 pints.
The Daily Mail has contacted Seacrest's representatives for further comment.
Seacrest's dietary revelation came less than three weeks after he left his admirers agog with a photo in which he bared his musclebound torso on the beach.
'This is what a day off looks like from start to finish. Go dawgs,' he wrote, plugging his alma mater the University of Georgia's football team.
Viewers flooded into the comments to share the impression he had left on them, including Diplo, 47, who joked: 'ryan relax!!!'
Dancing with the Stars professional Gleb Savchenko, 43, himself known for his chiseled frame, let out a roar of approval: 'Let's gooo!!! Shredded.'
