Rumer Willis has filed an emergency request asking a judge to keep her ex-boyfriend Derek Richard Thomas' visits with their three-year-old daughter, Loretta, supervised.
She claimed that the musician has violated past custody orders and showed unsafe judgment regarding their child, according to court documents obtained by the Daily Mail.
Thomas, 33, denied the allegations and accused the Dancing With the Stars alum of blocking his time with Loretta. He has asked the judge to stick to the original plan for unmonitored visits.
The Daily Mail has reached out to Willis's representatives for comment but has not yet received a response.
The 37-year-old daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis, who announced her move to Nashville on August 12, has been involved in a highly contentious, ongoing custody dispute with Thomas over Loretta since July 2025.
In her recent filing, Willis claimed Thomas had only five and a half visits with their daughter because of disagreements regarding nannies scheduled to supervise his sessions with the child.

Willis' filing alleged there was a specific court-approved nanny assigned to the task, but she had to withdraw for a health-related issue, according to the outlet.
She claimed there were several instances when Thomas wouldn't accept a replacement nanny. She also said Thomas and his lawyer stated that unsupervised visits with Louetta should be allowed, which conflicted with the court's June 9 order requiring supervision.
Willis described one incident in which she alleged Thomas left Louetta with the supervising nanny at a Fourth of July parade, and later prevented the nanny from entering the Airbnb where he was staying with his daughter and some friends, telling her to wait outside in uncomfortably hot weather.
She further alleged that Thomas tried to have an unsupervised visit with Louetta because this specific nanny was not named in the court order, and when she offered to host the visit at her home, Thomas passed on the visit, per TMZ.
In regard to unsafe judgment, Willis claimed that Thomas decided to walk two-and-a-half miles in scorching heat with their daughter rather than rent a car.
In conclusion, Willis asked the court to keep Thomas on supervised visits and block overnight visits with Louetta until a formal hearing. She also requested that supervised visitation stay in effect pending a court-ordered 730 child custody evaluation.
Thomas responded in a statement to the Daily Mail from his attorney.
'Ms. Willis continues to perpetuate lie upon lie upon lie concerning Mr. Thomas. The Court has previously ordered that Mr. Thomas's unmonitored, overnight visits were to begin the last weekend of August,' wrote Thomas's attorney, Mike Kretzmer.' 'In a desperate attempt to avoid compliance with the Court’s orders favoring Mr. Thomas, Ms. Willis filed a reckless and demonstrably false pleading with the Court attacking Mr. Thomas on a number of issues which will all be heard by the court on September 10th.

Kretzmer added: 'To be absolutely clear, Mr. Thomas is a very capable, loving and devoted father to their daughter. Mr. Thomas has not at any time engaged in the use of any illicit substances or in any conduct of any kind whatsoever that has placed or would place their child at risk of any harm.'
Willis' former partner has accused her of deliberately blocking his access to their daughter.
The House Bunny actress was temporarily awarded primary physical custody of Louetta in June, and the musician has filed a legal objection to her recent request to modify their court orders regarding visitation.
