Roxy Jacenko looked slimmer than ever in new bikini photos she posted over the weekend.

The PR Queen, 44, took to Instagram on Sunday to flaunt her figure and share behind-the-scenes footage of her 'Beach Glow Up' photoshoot.

She posted intimate mirror selfies trying on two more Australian-made bikinis and detailed her afternoon trip to the mall with 10-year-old son, Hunter Curtis.

Roxy's slender physique was on display as she turned her back to the camera and walked Hunter into the stores with an arm wrapped around his shoulders.

The socialite also posted a close-up image of her super trim figure as she pulled on a pair of Moncler ski boots over her running shoes.

Roxy wore only a Lululemon black sports bra and a pair of athletic shorts, pulled low over her hips, for her pre-Christmas outing to the shops.

'Courcheval shopping starts now,' she captioned the mirror selfie taken inside the luxury Italian boutique, as she pulled on a pair of $5030 fluffy boots and teased an upcoming getaway to the French Alps ski resort.

Her trip to the mall comes one week after the mum-of-two shocked parents by sharing her son's handwritten Christmas list, which included items that are worth over $4500 in total.

The most expensive item on the list was the iPad Pro, which Hunter demanded extras for such as 1TB of space and nano-texture glass which bought the price to a shocking $2,929.

'Hunter is thorough—his mother's son,' Roxy captioned the image, seemingly proud.

Roxy recently revealed to Daily Mail Australia her updated day on a plate and everything she eats in a day following her drastic 18kg weight loss.

Every day, she enjoys two skim piccolo lattes and one peeled grapefruit.

She eats one meal per day at dinner time, fasting all day until the evening from Monday to Friday, though finds more balance on the weekends when socialising.

'I don't do breakfast or lunch, instead I do dinner at 7pm each day which is focused on protein only and salad,' she said.

Roxy only drinks alcohol on the weekend if she has an occasion and limits herself to two drinks.

In terms of fitness and staying in shape, Roxy undergoes 'contrast therapy' every other day, which involves alternating between ice bath plunges and sweaty sauna sessions.

This method is believed to help to improve blood circulation throughout your body.

She also attends the gym three to four times per week and focuses on weightlifting and cardio on the treadmill.

Roxy said spending seven years on tamoxifen was a huge contributor to her weight gain.

When she finally stopped taking the hormorne therapy to treat breast cancer in February 2023, she weighed 68kg.

Speaking with Daily Mail Australia, Roxy said she has 'been on a mission to shed the weight the cancer medication put on'.

She has since dropped 18kg, making her current weigh-in at 50kg.

The entrepreneur recently spoke about the terrifying moment she overdosed on Ozempic.

She revealed she'd taken four times the recommended dosage before she suffered from severe vomiting and non-stop shaking.

'I put so much weight on. I would have to undo my jeans when I sat in the car so I got sucked in by it,' she explained on The Lazy CEO Podcast with Jane Lu.

When she went to her doctor and he refused to give her a prescription for it, she went elsewhere and obtained it with ease.

'You would be blown away by the number of people who will give you scripts for that stuff,' she told the Sunday Telegraph last December.

Roxy said she searched for Ozempic and resorted to paying someone $2500 to pick it up from Nowra.

Once she got her hands on it, she described acting 'like a junkie' due to her desperation to lose the weight she had gained.

'I thought, "you know what, I am desperate." I had turned into this person who would only wear leggings, trainers and an oversized T-shirt,' she said.
