Roxy Jacenko has never been shy about discussing cosmetic procedures.
And now the PR queen has laid bare every surgery she has undergone over the years – as well as naming the doctors she credits for the results.
Writing on her Substack this week, the 46-year-old said she's often quizzed by fans on her cosmetic surgeries, and wants to be transparent about her procedures to help others in their research.
Aside from her well-documented love for dermal fillers and muscle relaxant injections such as Botox, Roxy has gone under the knife on a number of occasions, with her procedures totalling between $85,000 and $120,000 over the years.
In 2015, the Sweaty Betty founder underwent a rhinoplasty with Sydney facial plastic surgeon Dr George Marcells, describing him as the best in the business.
'If you want the best rhinoplasty result in Australia, this is your man. Full stop,' she said.

Roxy underwent the procedure with the Bondi Junction-based surgeon and said she had never required any revisions or adjustments.
'The outcome was exactly what I wanted,' she explained.
'His bedside manner is calm, considered and genuinely reassuring – and when you are handing someone your face, that matters as much as the technique.'
Breast surgery has been an even bigger part of Roxy's cosmetic journey.
The Singapore-based socialite revealed she has undergone four breast augmentations – all performed by Double Bay cosmetic surgeon Dr Anoop Rastogi.
'I have had four augmentations. Every single one with Anoop Rastogi. That tells you everything you need to know,' she said.
Her first surgery came at just 24 years old and was famously financed on a credit card.
'Yes, I put it on my credit card, yes, I was absolutely done with being referred to as 'sultana tits', and yes, I would do it again in a heartbeat,' she said.

Subsequent procedures followed her breast cancer diagnosis and treatment, with Roxy returning to the same surgeon each time.
'He listens, he is meticulous, he does not rush you, and the results speak for themselves. I trust everything he says. I would not go anywhere else.'
Roxy also spoke openly about undergoing liposuction after gaining weight during breast cancer treatment and while taking Tamoxifen.
'After cancer treatment and the dreaded Tamoxifen, I went from 50kg to 68kg,' she said.
'For someone who, and I say this with love for myself, is not much taller than a garden gnome, that was confronting.'
During the Covid pandemic, she decided to undergo liposuction with Sydney plastic and reconstructive surgeon Dr James Southwell-Keely.
Roxy revealed she had fat removed from her legs, arms and under her chin.
'I am not going to sugarcoat it. Liposuction is not pleasant. I have a high pain threshold and it knocked me for six,' she admitted.

The PR guru also stressed the importance of post–operative lymphatic drainage massage, calling it 'vital' and 'non–negotiable'
'Let's just say I felt like I had been hit by a bus, but at least I didn't have three chins anymore.'
Despite the painful recovery, she described the surgeon as 'genuinely fabulous' and praised his results.

She credited therapist Saila Insua from Sydney's InBody Clinic with helping her recovery, saying she still books appointments whenever she returns to Australia.
As for a facelift, Roxy says she isn't there yet – but already knows exactly who she will call when the time comes – Sydney plastic surgeon Dr Steven Liew.
Dr Liew, founder of Shape Clinic, is internationally recognised for his work in facial rejuvenation and cosmetic surgery and has become a leading figure in Australia's aesthetics industry.
'Even if you are just starting to think about it, a consultation with Steven is worth every minute,' Roxy said.
