The comedian, 65, enjoyed a stroll through Leicester Square after his appearance on the hit radio show.
For the occasion, he cut a low-key figure in a brown top and matching pair of baggy Alo shorts.
He finished off his sporty look with black trainers, a worn-in grey cap, and black sunglasses.
The star appeared in good spirits as he was seen walking down the street in the capital.
His outing comes after his partner Jane Fallon gave a health update following her breast cancer diagnosis as she shared news from her second surgery.

The author, 65, who has been in a relationship with comedian Ricky Gervais for over 40 years, revealed in March she had been diagnosed following a routine mammogram and she has since been keeping her fans up to date online.
In April, Jane gave a positive update as she announced that after having her first surgery to remove the tumour and a margin of healthy tissue, that the surgeons had 'basically got it all'.
And sharing more good news this week she wrote on Instagram: 'Little update. So, my 2nd surgery went well. They got the clear margin they need on the original excision, which is great.
'They did hit a new little patch of precancerous cells on the other side of the new bit they took out but, thankfully, everyone agrees more surgery would be overkill.
'A huge % of pre cancer doesn't develop into cancer.
'I saw the oncologist today & we've agreed the risks of radiation outweigh the benefits in my case. Which leaves Tamoxifen (or similar) or wait and see (my preferred option).
'I'm very nervous about going the drug route, because I know the side effects can be hideous, but I'm taking all the info on board & luckily there's no pressure to make a quick decision. So, all good & I'm just looking forward to getting back to normal.'
Harrow-born Jane began her relationship with comedian Ricky in 1982 – after meeting him while they both studied at University College London.

The couple are said to have moved in together in 1984, and they currently reside in Hampstead, west London, with their beloved pets.
Jane's career started out in television – before the publication of her bestselling book, Getting Rid Of Matthew, in 2007.
Since then she has released 14 books – with Worst. Idea. Ever, Faking Friends, Just Got Real and Queen Bee among her most widely acclaimed titles.
In March, Jane wrote about her diagnosis on Instagram, admitting to fans she had been 'a bit quiet on here lately.'
'About a month ago I was diagnosed with breast cancer – very early stage thankfully & the prognosis is excellent,' she explained.
'I had a routine mammogram a week before Christmas. I had no symptoms but the brilliant radiographer spotted something iffy & sent me for further tests & eventually a biopsy.
'Since then I've had more mammograms, more biopsies and an MRI so they can pinpoint the problem area precisely. It's been a lot, I'm not going to lie.'
At the time she went on to say her surgery was scheduled for the week after next, adding she 'just wants to get it over with now'.
'I'm getting incredible care and all will be fine but I'm not engaging with much beyond audiobooks & jigsaws tbh. Dr Eric on duty. Nurse Pickle wondering when lunch is,' she said.
