Richard Gere and his wife Alejandra Silva looked as loved up as ever when they embraced while celebrating his 77th birthday on Monday.
The acting icon's wife of eight years shared a sweet set of photos to Instagram late at night, highlighting her husband's birthday celebrations and showing them embracing lovingly.
The iconic actor and his wife – who is 34 years his junior – also involved their six-year-old son James, though their seven-year-old son Alexander wasn't pictured at the birthday bash.
'No one I rather spend my life with, happy birthday, I love you, we love you [sic],' the Spanish activist captioned the photos.
She showcased her stellar figure in a sleeveless white ribbed dress as she held her husband close for a hug in the photos.
Gere, who, like his wife and son, wore a pointy birthday hat over his white hair, flashed a warm smile for the camera as he held Silva tightly.

James, who could be seen rushing toward the embracing couple in another snap as he tried to make it a group hug, looked sharp in a blue button-up shirt and white linen pants.
Gere's wife closed out her post with a cute photo of herself sitting on a wooden bench as she petted one dog while an enormous black-and-white Alaskan Malamute towered over her.
Both Silva and her husband's Instagram accounts shared the birthday post, but Gere reposted one of the photos to his Instagram Stories, writing at the bottom: 'I love you.'
However, the famous humanitarian wouldn't let the focus stay on him for very long.
His next Insta Stories post added, 'But my heart is also in Nepal,' and he included a video about the devastating floods in the South Asian country, where the death toll has climbed over 1000, even as thousands more are still missing.
Silva, a Spanish publicist and activist, tied the knot with the Days Of Heaven star in April 2018.
Later that year, they announced her pregnancy, and the couple welcomed their first son together, Alexander, in February 2019.
James, their second son, was born just over a year later in April 2020.

Their marriage is the third for Gere and second for Silva. The lovebirds tied the knot in April 2018, following his marriages to Cindy Crawford and Carey Lowell

Their marriage is the third for Gere and second for Silva.
Gere was famously married to Cindy Crawford from 1991 to 1995, and he later wed Law & Order star Carey Lowell in 2002.
He welcomed his first son, Homer Gere, with Lowell in 2000. However, the marriage ended with their 2013 separation, before their divorce was finalized in 2016.
Silva's first marriage was to Govind Friedland, with whom she welcomed her first son, Albert, in 2012, the year they were married.
The marriage was short-lived, with Silva and Friedland separating two years later, before finalizing their divorce in 2015.
Silva didn't clarify where she and Gere were celebrating his birthday, but early last month he was pictured in New York City's Central Park as he filmed an unusual May–December romance with Diana Silvers, who is 48 years his junior at just 28.
The film, an adaptation of Lisa Halliday's acclaimed novel Asymmetry, features Gere playing younger as a 70-year-old writer of great acclaim who sparks an affair with an editorial assistant who is just 25.
Asymmetry, which takes place around the start of the Iraq War, puts the lovers in a delicate position when their 'secret relationship is exposed.'
