Kelly Dodd was pictured arriving at the Harbor Justice Center in Newport Beach, California on Thursday to face revenge porn charges.
The Real Housewives of Orange County alum, 50, is alleged to have distributed a video of a woman identified in court documents as Jane Doe engaging in sexual activity with another person, as per TMZ.
Despite the gravity of the allegations, and amid claims she's been cut off by her own family, Dodd appeared in good spirits as she flashed a smile outside of court while walking with her attorney Cameron Talley.
The reality TV star wore a dark velvet suit layered over a beige top, accessorizing the ensemble with a pair of $1,400 Dita Grand-Decade sunglasses as well as chunky gold chains and hoop earrings.
Talley pleaded not guilty on Dodd's behalf during the proceedings.
The judge told Dodd that she would be getting served with a protective order and may not contact the individuals named in the order.

Dodd will be returning to court on August 17.
It comes amid news that her family has allegedly 'cut her off' in light of the allegations.
'This has been a nightmare for her mother [Bobbi Meza],' a source told Us Weekly on Thursday.
Dodd's extended family refuses to interact with her unless she agrees to an intervention or seeks professional help, a source told the publication.
The fallout has reportedly taken a devastating toll on her mother, who is currently recovering from a recent stroke that relatives attribute to family stress.
Her family is allegedly concerned that she is not taking her legal cases seriously, however Dodd disputed that statement.
On Thursday, the star broke her silence on the allegations against her.
Legal filings reviewed by TMZ claimed Dodd did not have consent to share the footage, and described the alleged conduct as both unlawful and intentional.

The documents further stated that the woman suffered what was described as 'severe emotional distress' after the video was allegedly circulated without permission.
Prosecutors also alleged the recording was made in a location where Jane Doe would have had a reasonable expectation of privacy.
Dodd responded on Thursday by taking to Instagram, where she called the situation 'hilarious.'
In the quick clip, Dodd appeared alongside her husband Rick Leventhal, who addressed the allegations while pushing back on reporting about the case.
He quickly interjected: ‘We can't tell you much right now because Kelly hasn't gone to court yet.’
Leventhal continued: ‘We can confirm that Kelly is going to court. We can also confirm that TMZ got most of the facts wrong, like completely wrong.'
He then turned to Dodd and added: ‘And I know you can't wait to reveal the truth.’
As the couple poured tequila into glasses, Dodd said: 'I need some uplifting right now because this is so insane.'
'I know it’s somebody in my family that is putting this stuff out there. And you know who it is.'
As the video came to a close, Dodd also revealed the pair had received a significant text message on Leventhal’s phone, which they said they plan to share with Patreon subscribers of their The Rick & Kelly Show on YouTube.

The Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for Dodd for further comment on the story.
In the court documents, prosecutors allege that Dodd and Jane Doe had previously made an agreement not to release the material.
During that time frame, the reality star is accused of threatening the Jane Doe with potential injury to her person, property and relatives, according to legal docs reviewed by the outlet.
Dodd is also facing legal issues tied to a confrontation with a separate woman in June of 2025, which the outlet dubbed a battery charge.
Dodd was a regular on the Orange County branch of the Real Housewives TV franchise between seasons 11 and 15, spanning 2016 to 2021.
She's been wed to one-time Fox News personality Leventhal, 66, for more than five years, as the pair tied the knot in October of 2020.
Dodd was past wed to Michael Dodd from 2006 to 2018, and the former couple share daughter Jolie, 19. Prior to that, she was wed to Scott Silva between 2001-2004.
Dodd last November made headlines after a voicemail surfaced of her chastising Jolie over a number of perceived slights - including blocking her 'on everything' and siding with her father over an unnamed dispute.
Dodd purportedly sent the voicemail to one of her daughter's friends following the aforementioned blocks, saying that she had recorded material that would humiliate her daughter if it publicly surfaced.
'I have recordings of you screaming at your dad because he hasn't taken you on vacation, screaming that he didn't buy you a car,' Dodd said. 'Do you remember those recordings that I saved? I have those and I am gonna publicly put them out there. Do you understand?'

She continued, 'You're going to look like a fool, you dumb little girl. You're stupid, OK, for even thinking that you're gonna win. I'm sorry you have mental illness.'
Dodd later took to Instagram to explain the clip, saying she had been quoted out of context by unreliable sources.
'Just remember when you hear others popping off, spreading false information and damaging innuendo against me, consider the source and their agenda,' she said.
Dodd added, 'There’s a lot of BS circulating in the media about me and I wish I could address it all but I can’t now… but I will soon and the truth will knock your socks off.
'Love you guys and really appreciate all the support and understanding you’re [sending] my way.'
She said in an adjacent reel, 'Everybody wants me to talk about what is going on, and I’m going to.
'And when I do, you guys are going to die when you hear the whole story. Not right now. I can’t right now. But it’s going to be shortly, you watch. And you will learn the truth.'
