Annemarie Wiley and Marcellus Wiley are ending their marriage.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum filed for divorce from the former NFL player on July 6 after 12 years of marriage, according to documents obtained by E! News.
In the filing, which cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the breakup, Annemarie—who shares a 10-year-old son and two daughters, 7 and 6, with Marcellus—accused him of repeatedly abused her physically, emotionally and sexually throughout their marriage.
"Marcellus has subjected me to a continuing and escalating pattern of physical violence, sexual abuse, verbal and emotional abuse, financial control, and intimidation," the 42-year-old wrote in her declaration to the court, "much of which our children have witnessed."
E! News reached out to reps for the former Bravo reality stars but has not yet heard back.
Annemarie—who appeared as a main cast member during RHOBH's 13th season in 2023—cited a July 3 incident between her and the 51-year-old in which the athlete "yelled at me and forcefully jammed his finger into my face while I was lying in bed with our 7-year-old daughter" during a family trip to Orlando, Fla. "He told me that I cause him to treat me badly and that I bring it on myself."
The next day, Annemarie stated, "Marcellus told me that he was going to start, in his words, 'playing football, not basketball' with me, and warned me to watch how bad he was going to make things for me, which I understood to be a threat that his abuse would become more severe. During this same incident, Marcellus pushed our 10-year-old son, Marcellus Jr."
"During this same incident," she continued in the docs, "Marcellus pushed our 10-year-old son, Marcellus Jr."
Marcellus was arrested by police July 4 on domestic battery charges related to the alleged incident, People magazine confirmed, and he was released on July 5 on $1,000 bond and then went to their son’s basketball game, according to Annemarie's filing.

Annemarie also listed over a dozen other incidents of alleged abuse from Marcellus, including an alleged rape in 2012 before they were married.
"Marcellus raped me while I was intoxicated," she wrote in the declaration. "During this same period, he threw a food tray at my head with such force that it dented the wall. Also in or about 2012, Marcellus attempted to have sex with two of my friends in the basement of our home, crawling into bed with them in the middle of the night."
Other alleged altercations noted in the divorce petition included Marcellus punching Annemarie in the face in 2014, a 2021 Christmas incident in which he broke her thumb and multiple other rapes in January of this year.
Annemarie is requesting a restraining order against her ex as well as primary physical custody of their three kids because she's "very much afraid of him."
