Rebel Wilson is letting go of her Sydney base.
The Australian actress has listed her waterfront property in Sydney's Birchgrove for sale with a $3.8 million price guide.
Via her company, Camp Sugar, the Fat Pizza star purchased a four-bedroom house for $3.6 million in 2022.
The charming Victorian cottage, which was built in the 1890s, sits on an impressive 274sq m holding.
It is located a short 300 metre stroll from the picturesque waterfront of nearby Snails Bay, and is situated directly across from Birchgrove Oval.
The cosy home, which Wilson had previously used as her primary Australian residence, features a skylit retreat on the upper-level and an infra-red sauna.

It is adorned with high ceilings and features Kauri timber floorboards, as well as modernised interiors.
The agent handling the sale is none other than Anna Wilson, the Hollywood star's younger sister, who has previously shifted other Australian properties belonging to her A-list sibling.
Wilson, who owns an extensive property portfolio in Australia and abroad, has been shifting multiple Sydney digs in recent months.
She recently sealed the deal to offload an investment property in the harbourside suburb of Balmain.
Sold for an undisclosed sum only last month, the two-bedroom, two-bathroom Balmain flat had been something of a millstone for the star.
Originally scheduled for auction in 2024 for $3.3 million, it sat on the listings unloved for a month until Rebel pulled it off the market.

Later, Realestate.com reported that an agent advised Rebel to knock down the price to $2.2 million.
Instead, the Bachelorette actress rented it out for $1,200 a week.
She then ditched her old agent and enlisted her sister, Anna, who successfully mounted a new sales campaign with a listing of $2 million.
Tucked away in the heritage-listed Lever Brothers soap factory, Rebel purchased the two-bedroom pad off the plan back in 2018 for $1.8 million.
It's understood that Rebel lived in the chic digs while she renovated the waterside property in nearby Birchgrove.
The 46-year-old, who currently divides her time between Los Angeles, London and Australia, has quietly been selling off homes in Sydney and Los Angeles over the past several months.
Wilson owns an extensive international property portfolio worth over $20 million that she has amassed over a decade.
