Rebecca Minkoff made a shocking statement about disgraced actor Danny Masterson when asked about their connection.

The 43-year-old fashion designer clarified her relationship to the convicted rapist when asked about how they are both Scientologists.

While speaking to Teddi Mellencamp and Tamra Judge in a recent podcast episode of Two Ts in a Pod released on on Sunday, she said he was 'incredibly supportive' of her.

Masterson, 48, is currently serving 30 years to life in prison after being convicted of rape in 2023.

The Real Housewives of New York City star — who was entangled in controversy after her pregnancy scandal — noted they no longer communicate and have not crossed paths for a decade.

'I haven't seen or spoken to Danny in over 10 years,' Minkoff said of Masterson. 'When I started out, he was incredibly supportive to me. I knew no one.'

She said the That '70s Show alum introduced her to 'girls and actresses that were excited to wear my product' in the early days of her career.

'And that's all I can say,' she concluded. 'I didn't participate in the case. I don't have details.'

Masterson was charged in 2020 with forcibly raping three women in separate incidents between 2001 and 2003 when they were a part of the Scientology church.

In January 2021, Masterson pleaded not guilty to all three charges.

Masterson was ultimately found guilty of two counts of rape in May 2023, while the third count of rape resulted in a hung jury.

In September 2023, he was ordered to serve 30 years to life in prison.

Earlier this year, Masterson was denied bail pending an appeal in January due to fears he would try to run.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Charlaine Olmedo said at the time that he will 'likely remain in custody for decades, and perhaps the rest of his life' if the 'defendant's conviction and sentence are upheld on appeal.'

Minkoff previously opened up about being a member of the Church of Scientology for most of her life and it was there where she previously crossed paths with the now-incarcerated actor.

The designer, who also identifies with the Jewish faith, is the first Real Housewife in franchise history to identify as a Scientologist.

She even spoke about her faith on season 15 of the Bravo reality show.

In a 2021 profile in The New York Times, she spoke about her faith.

'I'm totally open. But it's not my job to proselytize.'

The reality TV personality said people are often confused by her beliefs because she identifies as both Jewish and a Scientologist.

'I think there's a lot of confusion when people hear the word "religion" — immediately you hear that I pray to L. Ron Hubbard,' she said.

About Scientology, she said there is 'horrific misinformation.'

'I study it, I take classes and that's the extent of it, and it's helped me stay centered. I don't have all the answers. When I needed someone, it was a place for me to go get some answers.'

On her second episode, Minkoff was quizzed about her faith by her RHONY castmates.

When Brynn Whitfield asked Minkoff what she wanted them to say to the press if asked about her religion, she told them to make 'no comment.'

The advice received a mixed response from the women noted that that response often 'doesn't work.'

Minkoff then told them: 'I just tell people, "If you're curious, read a book." That's it.'
