Caroline Stanbury has divided fans as she gave a before and after glimpse at her facelift on social media last week.
The 50-year-old Real Housewives Of Dubai star, who has also been candid about her Ozempic weight loss journey, shared a clip to Instagram that showed herself from three years earlier before jumping to now.
The TV personality had her facelift done back in November 2023 and her husband Sergio Carrallo, 31, had uploaded a tearful video at the time which captured moments directly after the procedure.
Stanbury was seen flashing a small smile in a light blue dress with feathery details with the text, 'This is me 3 years ago before my facelift at 47...'
The reel then cut to her holding a bigger grin on her face while glammed up for a night out.
'I'm now 50 and look 20 years younger,' she added.

Stanbury also simply captioned the post to her 1.2 million followers: 'Best decision ever.'
Social media users jumped to the comment section to offer their differing opinions on the cosmetic surgery.
One penned, 'The haters will say it's AI. YOU'RE GORGEOUS MY FRIEND! Looking 30, and they can stay mad!'
'She looks 35 for sure! You guys are just hating,' another wrote, while a fan added, 'You look AMAZING!! Your results are incredible.'
An Instagram user also typed out, 'Best decision babe. love love love you new confidence.'
'You look fantastic for 50 - but more like a very well-maintained Beverly Hills 50 than an actual 30,' one said.
Another commented, 'Can women stop trying to look 20 years younger. It's a privilege to age and it's okay to look the age you are.
'Im 27 and appreciate seeing women who enjoy aging and the woman they become,' they added.

Stanbury underwent the procedure back in November 2023 which was done by Dr. Steve S. Kim at SK Plastic Surgery located in Beverly Hills.
Her much-younger husband, whom she tied the knot with in 2021, had documented his initial reaction to seeing his wife come out of the surgery as well as the hours afterwards.
Carrallo had become emotional as he filmed the pair sitting inside a vehicle as the reality star had bandages wrapped around her face.
She later explained that she made the decision to have a facelift done due to no longer being able to depend on just fillers.
'They are great when you are young, but you get to a certain point and can't go further,' she told The Sun in 2024.
'I should have dissolved them after a period of time, then started over again, because after a while, your face starts to look incredibly round. That's why I started to wonder if there is something else out there.'
Stanbury also previously insisted that the surgery had nothing to do with her husband or their 19-year age gap.

She responded to a fan on her Instagram stories who said, 'If you're so confident in Sergio and marriage why the facelift?
Stanbury replied, 'Again this had zero to do with @sergiocarrallo he begged me not to do it! I don't worry about my relationship with him one minute of one day!'
And during an episode of her Uncut and Uncensored podcast, she further talked about the facelift.
'I feel great because it takes a toll on your body and on your face. And so you lose the youthfulness of a full cheek. He has built my cheeks up, I don't know how he did it.'
Her husband, who joined in on the episode, added, 'I look at you from here and I see this shiny little mountain under your eyes and it's like a cheek just built up, and it's so beautiful.'
Stanbury has also admitted to taking the GLP-1 medication Ozempic to aid in her weight loss journey.
'I took Ozempic because I did two rounds of IVF when I was 44 to 45 [years old],' she told Daily Mail Australia in 2024.

'I put on 18 pounds, which when you're in your mid-40s - I don't care who you are, even an Olympic sprinter - it takes a lot more to lose weight.'
The Real Housewives star continued, 'Your whole metabolism has closed down. I'm not lazy by any means and I couldn't lose it. I looked like I ate Sergio! I had fat in places I'd never seen in my entire life.
'I took it to get back to where I was - not to lose weight to be thinner, to get to where I was when I met him, so I could maintain it.'
Stanbury appeared on Real Housewives Of Dubai which aired from 2022 through 2024. She also previously starred on the Bravo reality series Ladies Of London (2014-2017).
