Real Housewives of Cheshire star Ampika Pickston has revealed that her ex husband has been hospitalised with pneumonia in a shock post.
The reality star, 43, took to Instagram on Sunday with a health update about her ex Mark.
She was married to millionaire businessman Mark when she was in her 20s and shares son Jack, 15, with him - with the former couple remaining close.
Posting online she said: 'Welcome to my week. Ex hubby had a week in hospital with pneumonia.
'I didn't know it's contagious. Thank the lord above he is home and on the mend,' - adding the praying hands emoji.
Reflecting his health battle, she added: 'Just remember how important you are to each other I was devastated when my ex took ill.

'Made me realise through all the petty squabbles and differences that we have had, I will always be there for him as he still means the world to me.'
Ampika is now engaged to her billionaire fiancé David Sullivan, 75 - who owns 38.8% of West Ham football club.
A source told The Sun at the time: 'There's a big age gap but they are smitten. They've kept quiet out of respect for their children and ex-partners but know they can't keep a lid on this forever.
'David handed over a beautiful, 11½ carat, emerald-cut engagement ring. She said yes straightaway.'
Ampika, who runs her own beauty salon and cosmetics training business, is thought to be splitting her time between her own home near Hale and David's Essex mansion.
Sullivan previously dated ex-girlfriend Emma Benton-Hughes, a former porn star, for 25 years and recently made her his co-chairman at West Ham.
The 57-year-old, who also goes by the name Eve Vorley, was a Page 3 girl and involved in several adult films in the late 90s and early 2000s.

She starred in films such as Lesbian Nurses, Electric Blue: Nude Wives - Private Parts and Naked Neighbours, and directed films including Horny Housewives on the Job and Sex Mad Secretaries.
Sullivan, alongside David Gold and Karren Brady, oversaw a takeover of West Ham back in 2010.
Ampika, who starred in five series of Real Housewives before quitting in 2017, was previously engaged to a mystery man in 2018 following a whirlwind romance.
The reality star was previously married to Mark, with whom she shares her son.
