EXCLUSIVE: Range Media Partners on Thursday announced 13 promotions across all divisions. Promotees included Rana Zand, Rheann Engelke, Stephanie Marks, Talia Beltran, Miriam Peacock, Noa Vinshtok, Kate Ganon, Jay Schaff, Alain Carles, Francis McDonough, Nikki Bergman, Trent Wignall, and Harley Kirchhoff.
Zand was named a Partner in Digital, with Engelke being named Head of Women’s Sports. The next six promotions came within the Growth team of Range Music led by Blaike Ford, Range’s SVP of Artist Partnerships & Services. Marks was elevated to VP Label and Management Services, with Beltran being promoted to Senior Product Manager, Peacock being upped to Manager/Product Manager, and Vinshtok being promoted to Streaming Manager. Additionally, Kate Ganon was upped to Music Department Coordinator, with Jay Schaff being upped to Artists Coordinator. The Growth team uniquely services all Range Music clients across the label, management and publishing rosters and includes the departments of marketing, streaming, brand partnerships, label & management services, and sync & licensing.
Within Film & TV, Alain Carles and Francis McDonough have been promoted to Managers, and Nikki Bergman has been upped to Coordinator. Trent Wignall has been elevated to Project Manager in the Brand Marketing & Endorsements division, with Harley Kirchhoff being promoted to Coordinator for Range Studios.
Zand joined Range in January 2023 following a stint at UNCMMN/M88, where she was a partner spearheading digital strategy development for online talent such as Forbes 30 Under 30 recipients Remi Bader and Vivian Tu (otherwise known as Your Rich BFF), both of whom followed Zand to Range. After starting her career in the WME mailroom, she spent time at both Fullscreen and Big Frame, before becoming Head of Digital Talent at Authentic. In her role at Range, she continues to build 360 business for clients such as Cyrus Veyssi, Boman Martinez-Reid, Rickey Thompson, and Jack Innanen.
Englke joined Range Sports in Fall 2023 with the acquisition of Stoked Management Group, a boutique athlete marketing agency. After spending the first three years of her career at CAA, including in various assistant roles with CAA Basketball, she decided to focus on the women’s side of sports and founded the first marketing department at Sports International Group before joining Stoked. Since joining Range Sports as a Director of Athlete Marketing, her commitment to women’s sports has landed her mentions in Forbes, Sports Illustrated, Vogue Business, Women’s Wear Daily, and Sports Business Journal. Her clients include Paris Olympic breakout stars such as Ilona Maher (Rugby) and Masai Russell (Track & Field), as well as WNBA stars Dearica Hamby, Izzy Harrison, and Liz Kitley, among many others.
Marks joined Range Music at its inception in 2020 alongside founding partners Matt Graham and Jack Minihan. Spending her first four years as a Product Manager/Manager, she notably sits at the center of Range’s partnership with Virgin Music & Capitol Records, along with an integral marketing role for many of the management division’s top talent.
Before joining Range, Beltran worked with John Silva at Silva Artist Management. In her new role, she’ll oversee marketing and release rollouts for artists on the management and label roster.
After beginning her career at WME, Peacock joined Range in 2021 as an associate to the division’s cofounders before being upped to a coordinator for the label.
With a master’s in music business and an internship at Atlantic Records, Vinshtok joined Range in September 2023 as a streaming coordinator, playing a pivotal role in cultivating and managing Digital Service Provider partnerships to elevate artist visibility across the streaming landscape.
Ganon joined Range in August 2022 before joining Music as an associate in spring 2023. While in law school, Schaff cut his teeth scouting breakout artists.
Since joining Range nearly three years ago to support co-founder Matt Graham, he has supported the management division and served as a research A&R.
After graduating Dartmouth College with a degree in Psychological & Brain Sciences, Carles began his career at ICM Partners working in the TV and MP Literary Departments. He joined Range in 2021 to work for CEO Peter Micelli before getting upped to coordinator in Film/TV.
McDonough began his career on Wall Street, working in sales & trading and investment banking for nearly seven years before transitioning to the UTA mailroom. He advanced through the talent department, earning a promotion to coordinator before joining Range in January 2024.
After graduating from USC, Bergman began her career at ICM Partners before moving over from to Range in 2021 to work with various managing partners.
Wignall started his career in Lionsgate’s Worldwide Publicity department working for industry veteran Eric Kops. He joined Range as an associate in late 2022.
Kirchhoff has been an associated with Range’s Scripted TV Studio team since its formation in 2022. Previously, she worked in the literary packaging department of WME and in brand strategy at Full Picture.
Earlier this year securing a growth capital investment from Verance Capital, a prominent New York-based growth investment firm, Range Media Partners expanded with 10 promotions and four new hires shortly thereafter, and has continued hiring seasoned industry veterans across the year.
