And how to get three stars
Image: Playground Games/Xbox Game Studios via PolygonThe Rainbow Run speed trap is one of Forza Horizon 6's more challenging speed traps. It's located in a high-traffic area and only gives you two lanes to maneuver in. You'll occasionally need to clear it as part of a seasonal challenge, and it features in "All the Colors" daily challenge in the "Italian Exotics" series for the week of Aug. 6.
Below, we show you where to find the Rainbow Run speed trap in Forza Horizon 6.

Reaching it can be a little confusing, so we recommend placing a destination marker there to help keep you from getting lost in the city or taking a wrong turn.
The speed trap location is a little more complex to work with than you might be used to. The camera spot is just a short distance after a turn, and you tend to run into traffic frequently here. One way to get around the traffic issue is to cause a backup or wreck before the turn, which will give you the space to build speed without having to worry about cars getting in the way.
The speed requirements are:
- 1 star: 70 mph
- 2 stars: 105 mph
- 3 stars: 140 mph or higher
If you're completing this as part of the "All the Colors" daily challenge, there are no specific car requirements. However, given the high speed threshold for three-star completion, we recommend picking an S1 class car or higher, thanks to their superior acceleration and top speeds.
