The BBC series is set to start on October 28, with the brother-sister duo set to take part in the 'wildest race yet' as they travel from Kuching, in the Malaysian state of Sarawak in north-west Borneo to Melbourne, Australia.
Princess, 19, and Junior, 21 – who are the children of Peter Andre and Katie Price – were said to have been signed by bosses after the success of their ITV2 reality show The Princess Diaries.
The pair were seen looking at a compass and poring over a map with the rucksacks on their back during the 7,500km (4,660 miles) journey.
They will compete against singer-songwriter Ella Eyre and childhood friend Nana; veteran broadcaster Jeff Stelling and his son Matt, and musician Sam Ryder with his best friend and tour manager Kaz.
Traversing prehistoric jungles and the heartlands of Borneo, to reach five check points across three countries and two continents, ultimately aiming for the sunbaked southern tip of Australia.

The teams will need to rely on their own resourcefulness, local transport and the kindness of strangers to make it further into the race, equipped with only a map and a budget of just £26 per person a day.
In a trailer, it seems that both Princess and Junior are feeling the strain, as the preview shows the rapper looking visibly stressed while riding a bus.
The pair do make the most of the stunning Asian sights as they leap off a cliff into the water together.
It was first confirmed earlier this month that Princess and Junior would star in the fourth series of Celebrity Race Across The World.
The influencer posted a snap alongside her brother from filming of the show, with the caption: 'Finally… we are excited to announce that we are part of @raceacrosstheworld!!'
The celebrities will leave their phones, credit cards and home comforts behind for the journey of a lifetime.
Princess recently announced a new business venture as she teased the launch of her makeup brand, By Princess.
She told fans that she has been working on it 'for so long' in an Instagram post.
The new series will air from Wednesday, October 28, and Race Across The World will return to BBC One and iPlayer next spring.
