Ellie Goulding has reportedly split from her management team as she plans a musical comeback as well as the arrival of her and boyfriend Beau Minniear's first child.
The award-winning pop star, 39, has a sixth studio album in works which she said is heavily influenced by her short-lived marriage to art dealer Caspar Jopling, 34, the father of her eldest child - son Arthur, four.
Now ahead of the currently untitled record's release, Ellie, whose last album was 2023's Higher Than Heaven, is believed to have parted ways with TaP late last year in a major shake-up.
The hitmaker signed with the firm in 2018 as she joined their star-studded roster alongside fellow chart-toppers Dua Lipa and Lana Del Ray.
A source said: 'As she moves into the new year with a strong sense of clarity, she is focused on family first with her second child due in just a few weeks.
'Ellie is an artist who is a proven hit machine and is one of the most important and unique voices that has come out of the UK.

They told The Sun: 'She deserves to be treated like the global superstar that she is.'
Daily Mail have contacted Ellie Goulding's representatives and TaP management for comment.
Speaking about the upcoming album, Ellie told NYLON: 'It had always been the goal to start this album, I didn’t know it was going to be a divorce album, but that’s the way it started heading.'
The singer exchanged vows with Caspar, the Harvard educated grandson of Conservative MP Michael Jopling, Baron Jopling, at Grade I listed York Minster in 2019.
'When I married my ex-husband, I thought it was for life. That will never go away,' she said. 'There are some songs that are necessary for me to acknowledge that time in my life and to be respectful of it.
'Then there were some songs that were extremely reactionary and sad that I felt were good to do in the moment but don’t serve me long-term.'
The collapse of her marriage had already turned into a creative issue before she entered the studio, with Goulding forced to tell her producer about the separation on the very day she was introduced to him.
She recalled: 'I knew that my marriage wasn’t working out, it was dark times… the day I met Jack was the day I was like, "Jack, I should be candid with you. Today, my husband and I decided we’re going to separate."'

But despite the unvarnished nature of her lyrics and their clear personal resonance, Goulding says Jopling remains fully supportive of the project - at least for the time being.
'My label, my friends - everyone’s behind it,' she said. 'And even my ex-husband loves the songs… well, he hasn’t heard all the songs.'
Since her relationship with Beau went public in September 2025, the pair have holidayed together in Italy, where Beau shared online an intimate photograph of Ellie lying in an unmade hotel room bed.
He also appears in several raunchy scenes in Ellie's latest music video, Destiny.

She was cuddled up in the arms of the mystery man, whom Us Weekly confirmed on Thursday is Caspar.
Wilde has been rumoured to be dating the art dealer since they were spotted on a romantic stroll together in London last October.
She shared the her post — which comes over three years since her split with Harry Styles — alongside the caption: 'I Want Your Sex & The Invite Park City 4vrrrr.'
She was referring to her two latest projects, one of which is the new erotic comedy thriller film I Want Your Sex, which premiered at the festival on Friday, January 23.
