‘Predator: Badlands’ Best Film Premiere On Hulu Since ‘Prey’ With Near 9M WW Views

20th Century Studios’ Dan Trachtenberg directed Predator: Badlands has become the No. 1 film premiere on Hulu since the director’s 2022 movie Prey, debuting to nearly 9M views around the world in its first five days on the service.

Last fall, Predator: Badlands opened to a record for the franchise with $40M domestic, and finaled at a record as well for the 39 year old series with $184.5M worldwide. The entire Predator franchise has grossed over $925M at the worldwide box office.

Hulu reports that audiences have streamed more than 300M hours of the Predator franchise on Disney+ and Hulu worldwide. The service just added 15 new videos in the Predator Creators Collection on Disney+ and Hulu.

Prey which premiered on Aug. 5, 2022, is Hulu’s most watched movie premiere. The streamer never reported figures for that pic’s weekend debut.
